Happy with accomodation , great location near shops, cafes and train station which made it accessible for Titanic museum and returning to Belfast grand central station . Walking distance to city & market. Complimentary wine and snacks provided , so overall happy . Clean and comfortable.

Really nice spot for a weekend in Belfast! The beds were incredibly comfortable, everything worked perfectly, and the thoughtful welcome snacks and wine added a lovely touch. Plus, it's very central — close to shops, restaurants, and all the key attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

Excellent location, really near to the main places. An apartment with very nice and clean facilities. Fast communication with the host. Nice welcome with thoughtful touches. Just as shown in the photos. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much

Pros: 1. Safe area 2. Clean place and comfy bed 3. Very Calm area 4. Kitchen Essentials all present 5. Plenty of hooks in sleeping room only tho 6. Mini Shampoo and soap and bodywash available 7. First aid kit in kitchen 8. Fire extinguisher available 9. 24/7 tesco express very close 10. Everything is very close walking distance Cons: 1. Advertised that its for 2 people but it’s barely enough for one 2. Takes long to heat up and when i came the heater wasnt working. They operate 9-5 and I checked in after 5 so I had to wait for the next day and slept without heating 3. Cupboard space barely enough for one person whos staying for a short while let alone two people as advertised 4. One of the windows doesnt have a curtain-a problem for privacy fans 5. Only 3 washing machine tabs 6. Shampoo and body wash and soap bar available but the shampoo and body wash cant be enough for 2 staying for a while

Communication from the day I booked to e mails messages and a lovely phone call was outstanding, on arrival house rules, guidebooks and recommendations made life so easy whilst there. The apartment was beautiful and top of the range comfortable furnishings throughout, every single kitchen utensil you would ever need was available. The beds were so comfortable and warm, with massive storage available in every room. Hairdryer and small toiletries provided which was lovely. We even used the iron and ironing board provided. A gorgeous welcome bottle of wine and snacks with tea and coffee made our arrival prefect. There was no noise from neighbours it was a very quiet apartment. We were ten mins slow walk from city centre and about fifteen minutes slow walk to cathedral quarter, ideally situated.

Me and my colleague work in the construction industry and spend most of our time working away all around the country and therefore stay at many different hotels and short term rental properties and the apartment at 7 Camden street in Belfast was one of the very best places we have ever stayed and we couldn't be happier with everything. It is very reasonably priced and provides everything you need for a comfortable private stay and I would recommend it to anyone. The property is exactly as described online and the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful and made every effort to ensure our stay was trouble free and comfortable. Really can't speak any higher of the place.
