They cancelled our booking!!!!! Wish I had read the other reviews on tripadvisor before booking. My advice is, if you have booked here then start looking for alternative accommodation or you will be left high and dry with nowhere to stay. ...

Do not book, they cancelled booking with shocking notice and let slip on the phone they had been doing this since feb so could have given more notice. We’re now having to pay nearly 3 times as much for another hotel as costs are through the roof.

Do not book these apartments! We also had the same issue as the previous reviews. Cancelled 2 weeks before 16 of us arrived! Absolutely shocking service, due to economic pressure as well. I emailed asking if this was for real and the response....yes this is for real!!! Unbelievable, do not stay here purely for unreliability. Our accomodation we had to book was a ridiculous price causing us financial pressures. What a farce!!

Highly recommended place to stay in Belfast,staff are very friendly and Stephen on the front desk is the man to go to for sorting out any issues,can't wait to go back ASAP......ideally located for the City and its attractions.

Faultless. Great staff and great place too. We all found the staff very helpful and full of good recommendations. Loved Belfast too we all had a great time and also had a few great meals in the amazing restaurants!

Had a great stay , was a slight issue with room but was quickly resolved by the staff. We enjoyed it thoroughly and Belfast was a real treat of a place. So much history and interesting places to visit including the titanic museum, bus trips and crumlin road jail cheers

We had two nights paid reservation through Airbnb. Got to Belfast late the first night so just checked in at the apartments. The next day we went out to supposedly tour Belfast. We were on the local tour bus early afternoon when I noticed multiple local calls on my phone. I returned the call to Dream Apartments only to be told that if we did not remove our things from the apartment immediately they would be removed for us. We rushed off the tour bus and ran straight to Dream Apartments. At reception I explained to the man that we had a two night prepaid reservation. He said we only had one night. I retrieved my printed Airbnb paid two night reservation from the apartment and showed it to the man at reception. This did not interest him at all and said Airbnb must have messed up. He said Dream Apartments was full that night and we had to vacate immediately. This we had to do else get thrown out. Needless to say we lost our money on the bus tour, eventually found other accommodation across town just outside the city center, and did not get to tour Belfast. Our trip to Belfast was a complete waste of time. Later Airbnb got Dream Apartments to admit Dream Apartments was at fault and got us a one night refund. Did not help our wasted trip to Belfast though. Should have looked at Trip Advisor to see other such reviews of Dream Apartments screwing other people. DO NOT STAY AT DREAM APARMENTS!!!!

Booked this apartment back in December for 27th May. They then message me on 25th May saying they are fully booked. So how are they fully booked now, but weren’t in December. I know they just cancelled our booking so they could quadruple the price for someone else. They did offer a smaller alternative for 4 times the price & said they “may/might” give refund for the difference, which means they take the money & don’t give anything back. Biggest pack of cowboys. They took the booking back in December 2021 & they should honour it. Will be complaining to *********** also for their rubbish customer service, sending a cowedly email at 2am. Everywhere else too expensive at last minute, so will have to drive home as we’re going for concert. People should book somewhere decent & reliable, defo not this place.

My recent experience left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. Despite booking an apartment for a holiday, the plans were abruptly cancelled due to building closures. While I understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, it was the company's response—or lack thereof—that truly disappointed me. Upon contacting their customer service team, I was assured that two alternative apartments suitable for disabled members of our party would be provided free of charge. This assurance was even confirmed in our online chat. However, when the day of check-in arrived, I was shocked to discover that there was no record of our booking. The dismissive response from the customer service team, stating that the booking was cancelled on their end, was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful of the assurances previously provided. This oversight caused significant inconvenience, additional stress, and financial burden as we scrambled to find last-minute accommodation, which unfortunately still required extensive travel for our disabled guests. The lack of empathy and accountability displayed by Dream apartments unacceptable, especially considering the specific needs of our party. Overall my experience with dream apartments was deeply disappointing, and I cannot recommend their services based on the lack of care and accountability demonstrated in this situation.
