We were prepared when booking this hotel from existing reviews by others. What happened turns out disappointing. The room on 2000 series on second floor seems an old unit, no shower floor towel, bath tub a bit old but functional, no fridge and so on. We were prepared for all that considering the price and location. At bed time, we found two bugs on bed linen but dusted them off. It's tropical atmosphere, what one expect! The next morning after breakfast, however, I found a few more on my bed. I pulled out a one of my credit card and killed a few. When pulled up my bed cover further, more showed up ...... See the bug in the video clip. I called front desk who sent a room services personnel to look at it. The personnel seems surprised to see the bugs as well. The front desk lady was nice and quick to act and changed my room to the room on 6000 series and okay with us. I requested to talk to their manager. Once back in late afternoon that day, I approached frondesk rep who went to backroom to fetch for the manager. The manager showed up in a while and apologized lightly, and started to push back by saying it's tropical weather here,bugs are normal, and many more. I told him that the room is infested too bad and need a thoughrou cleaning to eradicate the infestation. The manage then went on to explaining the same. I feel disappointed. For this hotel, I do not recommend this hotel until they do a good job. Or if you do like us, not exactly though, do make sure to ask the right question to avoid such a room. Good luck next time.

The most unorganised hotel I have ever been to. Check in is from 3pm and so we arrived at 4pm to be greeted to a huge queue of people unable to get their room as none of the cleaning was completed. Reception told us it would take 30 mins to get a room which was a complete lie. We kept going up and checking and they kept saying another 10 minutes which carried on for 2.5 hours at which time we only received the key to 1/4 rooms I had booked. Other guests we spoke to waited over 4 hours for their room key. We were given one soft drink as a concession for this which I thought was unacceptable. Instead of waiting around to be told further fake waiting times, we left the hotel to go back to town and then on returning at 11pm, the new receptionist had no idea about the issue and struggled to find our other rooms we had been waiting for, resulting in more waiting around after already being frustrated about the situation earlier. Eventually the receptionist from earlier appeared in a very dismissive manner and shoved a post it note with our remaining room numbers for the man to find. Not good service at all. The next day we booked a shuttle bus to the airport. We got to the designated spot and they had run out of room on the bus despite us pre booking. This means we had to wait another 30 mins for a bus to be organised resulting in us having less time at the airport to get through security etc. The actual hotel is fine with a nice pool area (one of the reasons we had booked but were unable to use due to no room access for hours on end) but the management of this hotel is atrocious. Wyndham need to look at this urgently as it is dragging down their name as a trusted hotel chain. I will never be staying at a Wyndham again if they can’t guarantee a stress free experience.

Rooms were clean but a bit dated, ac unit noisy and difficult to adjust. Staff was super nice, lobby and gift shop very nice.

Stayed here for one night. Older hotel. Room smelled a little weird. Bathroom was very outdated. No hot water for a shower. That really ****** after a long day. At check in I confirmed that breakfast was included and when we went to eat, we were declined. Very disappointed. I actually booked this one night stay because it was included. Overall would not go back. Not impressed at all.

the place was noisy and breakfast wasn’t included. the showerhead is way too short — 5 feet — and the bathroom tiles are slippery.

No hot water. Broken window in bathroom, lots of mosquitos. Thermostat was broken and room was freezing, 61 degrees.

Hotel seems old and empty. They turn on lights in rooms so it seems occupied. Water pressure was terrible and carpet kind of sticky. Gym has no AC or ventilation.

We checked in and checked out 30 minutes later. We would rather lose money than stay at this hotel. Old, dirty, and run down.

We arrived on a Thursday so it was quite until the weekend stopped by the ****** for a second. Visited quattro restaurant the food was ok, Sakura was closed.i enjoyed the pool and hot tub/warm tub.great dessert shop. Garden view area needs work.

The hotel had indicated it could sleep my family of 5 and would have a sleeper sofa. However, when we arrived it was a room with 2 queen beds. The hotel staff was very apologetic but said they do not have a room with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa as they had indicated in a previous email. We ended up getting a roll-away cot smooshed into our room but it was not ideal. If I had known ahead of time, I would have booked somewhere else. The pool out our window was lovely. But the whole hotel feels much older and run down than it appears in the pictures. And we only had luke warm water for our showers that dribbled out.

The pictures are definitely from a newer section of the hotel. Everything is very outdated and we didn’t feel like the pool was cleaned to go enjoy it.. There was also some sort of alarm or beeping noise outside that lasted all night! Drove us crazy! The shuttle to the airport is not 24h either. If you have an early am flight, shuttle leave a 5am the earliest. If you’re stuck and is low on $$ it’s fine, otherwise avoid.

Great staff and good location. Our room was past due for an update, the carpet in the halls and room have seen better days. For what we needed, a bed and a nap before we left San Jose it was adequate.

The room was smelly and is an old building and our bathroom was the worst. Mold all around the windows and the tub was rusted and it smelled horrible and the floor rugs were filthy. If it wasn’t so late when we checked in we would have left to another hotel but only stayed one night and checked out. Do not recommend this hotel at all, this place is only selling the Wyndham name, definitely need to update the property and also no proper lighting in the room. Only had light from the lamp on the bed side table, unacceptable. Overall a poor experience staying at that hotel
