I’ve stayed at this location a few times. The air conditioning in the rooms is not the best. The temperature in Belém is pretty hot all year round and a cool room where you can rest is a must.

Very good and friendly service and the location is safe and convenient..we enjoyed our stay of 5 days, however the internet connection was very poor and there was no solution during our stay

The breakfast was very limited. All of the cakes and bread were dried out and crumbly. Dining restaurant was completely empty, even no staff. Last day a very loud group was drinking in the restaurant and no one of the staff was saying anything. The hotel seemed understaffed.

The worse hotel I have stayed at - the general manager, she was the rudest person that has ever serviced me during any of my stays / I have traveled around the world for the past 10 years with *******, and I am an ******* Gold Plus member, and let me tell you - I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again! And never should you - I cannot say enough: STAY AWAY!

Please avoid this hotel, the general
Manager is the rudest person I’ve ever met - I had an issue at checki-in and I’ve never been so humiliated.
She needs customer service training!

Excellent service! Specially Joao and the general manager, this is the only hotel you need to stay at when you visit Belem for business or pleasure for that matter! Joao Call Cheryl Location’s phone I needed a PCR test and I was able to find a laboratory and the general manager was kind enough to let him his iPhone charger when I lost mine … the service of this place is excellent and breakfast her are the best: especially the lovely and friendly breakfast ladies.
Grear job everybody!!!

Excellent service, and Joelthom from reception was amazing! He helped get info. for PCR test I needed to travel abroad, and made my check-in seamless and fast! The hotel has a nice gym on the top floor, and the swimming pool was perfect!
I highly recommend this hotel!
