Dates of Stay: 12th December 2024 Purpose: A family holiday with my 10-year-old child Introduction From the moment we arrived at Maxx Royal Belek, the experience was truly exceptional. Check-in was handled with remarkable efficiency and care. The welcome drinks, including chilled beverages and even caviar, immediately set the tone for the luxurious stay ahead. Every member of the team radiated genuine enthusiasm, making it clear that our comfort and happiness were their highest priority. The resort itself is a masterpiece of thoughtful design, blending opulence with a family-friendly atmosphere. Despite visiting in the off-season, there was an evident commitment to maintaining the highest standards, ensuring that every guest felt cherished and valued. Accommodation • Room Type: Twin Suite (land/sea view) • Design & Layout: The suite was a haven of comfort and sophistication. The spacious layout allowed for relaxation, while the tasteful décor provided a sense of understated elegance. The land/sea view was a lovely touch, offering tranquil vistas that enhanced the overall experience. • Comfort: The bedding was outstanding—soft, luxurious, and guaranteed a restful sleep. Every detail, from the linens to the pillows, was meticulously chosen for maximum comfort. The in-room amenities were thoughtfully provided, ensuring that all needs were met. • Housekeeping: The housekeeping team delivered impeccable service. Not only was the room kept spotless, but the attention to detail, such as the careful arrangement of personal items and thoughtful evening turndown service, added a sense of luxury and care. Dining Experience Dining at Maxx Royal Belek was a culinary journey of the highest calibre. • Buffet: The buffet exceeded all expectations with its remarkable variety and quality. Every dish was beautifully presented, and the flavours were consistently impressive. From freshly baked pastries and vibrant salads to expertly prepared mains and decadent desserts, every meal was a feast. The service was equally impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. • Royal Villa Golf Club Breakfast: This was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast experience at the Royal Villa Golf Club was absolutely outstanding. The service was flawless, delivered with precision and warmth, making us feel truly pampered. The building itself was an architectural marvel, radiating luxurious class and sophistication. For golf enthusiasts, this setting would be a dream come true. The surrounding grounds were immaculate, maintained to perfection, with lush greens and breathtaking views that spoke to the resort’s dedication to excellence. • À la Carte Steakhouse: The steakhouse offered an incredible dining experience. The quality of the meat was superb, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. The service was top-class, with every detail meticulously attended to, making it an unforgettable meal. • À

We spent six nights at Maxx Royal Belek in late -October, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The weather was perfect for the time of year, around 25-27°C with blue skies every day in late October -early November We had a blast in the water … at the pool and at the beach. The sports options were great and we enjoyed tennis, football and cycling around the resort (took an hr with our kids!). We also did the laser tag and tree top adventure climbing (like go ape) The food was very good and compares well with some of London’s better restaurants. To put the quality into context, the best of the pralines available at Maxx almost match the quality of French and Belgian houses such as Neuaus and Marcolini. They are bettered only by the very very top end praline houses. This is serious quality. The pastries looked amazing but were too sweet to our taste. Oh, the turkish delight was amazing ! The kids club kept our little ones entertained for the time they joined. Our assistant, Merihiban, was brilliant—she made everything so smooth and was very helpful. The only thing that didn’t quite hit the mark this time were the evening shows. On a previous stay, they had very good circus and performing arts acts with great stage decor. this time they were mostly musical performances and with no stage decor , which felt a bit scaled back in comparison. Another small point were the mattresses; they were fine, but not up to the high standard of the rest of the resort . Overall, we loved our stay here. This is a top resort. We’ve also stayed at the hotel’s sister property, Voyage, and Maxx Royal Belek is definitely worth the extra….Everything feels much more polished and thought-through. Highly recommend! Overall… 10/10.

Visited for a 4 day Birthday and Anniversary celebration. Words cannot describe how wonderful this hotel is. The combination of professionalism and fun is absolutely perfect. A special special shout out to Mr Mertol and Irfan . Their love for Maxx Royal probably exceeds mine and will be absolutely be brilliant going forward. Thanks to everyone as usual but especially Mohammed , Asim and Damilare for going above and beyond it was so greatly appreciated. See you all in 79 days Thanks again Neil & Alison Armstrong

An unforgettable trip thanks to... A pampering hotel full of wonderful surprises that lead to joy and pleasure, the only hotel that we always recommend with eyes closed, you have to visit it to understand this is a special and unique hotel that has everything of the highest quality, thank you Tatsiana Leanavets, Miray Babacan, Mohammed el amine, Yousra Bouhmmed for every answer To the question, for a wonderfully detailed explanation, caring for each and every one of the family, they were so amazing with care and a lot of patience, those who know them win, we discovered different tastes and smells in special meals we held in the villa and the chef of Royal Villa took care of it. And I'm sure everyone knows the famous smiling and hardworking waiter Sevket tinam, every time we were at the hotel we fell in love with him all over again because he is charming, Mizoin Kur the cutest waitress we've ever met and stunning, really thanks to all these slaves, this trip and this experience will never be forgotten from our memory,

From the amazing welcome, all staff at the Maxx Royal in Belek combined the perfect blend of luxury with a personalised service. The staff were warm, attentive, proactive, always genuinely welcoming and willing to provide you with the an exceptional standard of service. A special mention to our two fabulous Assistants - Ufuk Alci and Umut Arda Özsokmenler - From our arrival they went above and beyond daily to ensure we had a perfect holiday. This made our stay and mum’s 80th birthday so special and forever memorable. Thank you both so much. Mizgud ( usually on her segway ), our waitress at the main pool provided outstanding service and has an exceptional memory! Finally, a shoutout to Mustafahar the night cleaner. He always impressed us in the evening with his friendly attitude and warm smile. A truly wonderful holiday. We can’t wait to return.

I had a wonderful time for a second year in a row. Pelin and Ezra the assistants assigned to me were very helpful. Great staff, highly responsive to assisting you, great food and great out door facilities for recreation. I really love the interior of the hotel. I highly recommend MaxxRoyal.
