Gloria Serenity Resort

We had a truly enjoyable experience during our stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. A special mention goes to Ozkan, who was an outstanding waiter. He was not only very professional but also attentive and personable, ensuring that our dining experience was top-notch. His service truly stood out and added a special touch to our visit. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend this place to others! Thank you very much kitchen manager Muharrem!

Incredible service, perfect atmosphere, wonderful attitude, amazing people, the cleanest sea, a huge meal choice, the most delicious cocktails, professional massage, very good spa, crazy parties, picturesque views, modest prices.

My wife and I, and our two teenage kids stayed at gloria serenity for a week in June. It was beyond expectations! Firstly, all of the staff were brilliant, but a few were exceptional and I need to mention them. No1, Mahmet Barto. Once we found Mahmet at the lobby bar, we never went anywhere else in the evening! We asked him which section he would be covering the next evening and we went there. It was a guarantee to be properly looked after. He was genuine, kind, respectful, extremely hard working and just brought a smile to everyone's face. He made us feel like his favourite customers! We watched him go to other people, and he made them all smile and feel the same way too. He will go far! He bounced around, doing twice the amount of drinks as anyone else, total professional, total legend. We were never without a drink, he would be arriving to ask just as we finished, or already turning up with our next drinks before asking, he just knew. Top class. If you go, seek him out. Next up, every day we went to the Olivium pool. After a day we befriended Erdal Onder, who was also exceptional. Between him and Ugur Dalbur, we were waited on like kings and queens! The absolute nicest people, great chats and convo, and the best attention you will ever get at a hotel pool bar. Drinks just as you run out, iced water, crisps, always looking out for us from across the pool wherever we were. Also need to mention the lady who cleaned around the Olivium pool, sorry for not getting her name. She was also amazing, chatted with us daily, working tirelessly with a beaming smile. As to the amenities. The rooms were incredible, the quality of decor, fittings, bed comfort, top top quality. One gripe is there was no kettle, so for us English tea *******, wanting a morning cup of tea, I had to use the nespresso thing into a cup with a tea bag. Tiny moan, sorry! Food... The buffet was ridiculously good. Rows and rows of restaurant quality food at every turn. We did try a few of the a la carte restaurants and they were very good, but the buffet was so good, with so much choice, everyone catered for, and no having to choose, then wait to be served.  We ended up going morning noon and night. I ate so much roast meat the first 3 days, I went vegan - it didnt last.  We will definitely come again.

This is the best resort on earth!!! Stunningly beautiful, food out of this world, great for kids (phenomenal kids club). But what really makes us come back every year is the service!! Erdal by the pool took absolutely SUPREME care of us every day. Rapid service, so amazing with the kids and our drinks were never empty!! Possibly the best service I have ever received! We would come back next year just for him!!! In the evenings, Mahmut at the Serenity bars was OUTSTANDING!!! Again, some of the best and fastest service I’ve ever had. We just adore him!!! So sweet, kind and just AMAZING!! Lastly, Melis at the kids club has been absolutely SPECTACULAR with my daughter for the last 3 years. She makes her feel so special, loved and happy to go to the clubs!! Such loving, fun, creative and trustworthy childcare. Cannot thank you enough Melis! This was our 4th time at this resort and I can’t imagine a year we wouldn’t be back. Honestly it’s our favourite place in the world. Our true happy place!!! I visited Gloria Serenity for the second time. I enjoyed it so much in October, I wanted to come again. The resort is beautiful and eveything is so perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. Beautiful rooms and public areas with amazing food and drinks. I enjoyed a particularly delicious meal at the buffet one night prepared by Denis. Service is exemplary and all staff I encountered were very keen to please and provided wonderful service. You really never have to wait for anything. The amenities within the room are fab. Lovely toiletries, comfy beds, enormous showers, brilliantly stocked minibar and gorgeous new beach bags. It was particularly hot in early June (over 40C some days) but the air con was excellent in rooms and public areas. I spent a lot of time at Olivium pool where Ugur and Erdal looked after us again. They anticipate your every desire and could not take better care of the guests. They even remembered what football teams we like and knew how they had done this season. They are an absolute credit to Gloria and whatever you are paying them, double it!!!! Thansk very much again to alll at Gloria Serenity for another wonderful holiday.

Another fabulous stay at Gloria Serenity, the improvements for the refurb are complete and add the choice of what'vibe' you might choose. For example Tom Parker area specialises in cocktails it also has a very comfortable area for sitting outdoors and enjoying the music but also being able to have a conversation. The food never fails to impress and the multiple choices of different eateries is astounding. Big shout out to the team in Estella 24 hour restaurant we had breakfast, lunch & dinner there many times. The French a la Carte always delivers top class food and service. There are 11 (I think) different choices to eat in (some have extra charges) we have tried them all and would have no complaints, food quality is excellent service is professional and personal. The amenities are endless, daily activities and varied evening entertainment, there will be no boring times unless you want to just relax by the heated pool or on the pier with lovely sea breezes. The property is huge so you never feel crowded. There are beautiful walks through the blooming trees and flower gardens where a team of workers keep these areas in top condition. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The day and night cleaners really take care of everything. The service is what sets this hotel apart from others, you are always approached with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. As repeat guests some staff recognise us and cannot do enough to help with anything you need. I will return in the autumn, as one guest said to me on this visit 'What is not to like here, it has everything you need and more'. Do not hesitate to book this hotel you will not regret it.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff are very helpful, I was very pleased. We have been coming to this hotel for several summers and we are all very satisfied. Pool, restaurants and rooms etc. so clean. I'm sure we will come to this hotel in the coming years, thank you for the service. Especially Ms. Türkan is very caring.

I’ve been going to Gloria hotels twice a year for 18 years. I went to the Serenity the year it opened and was one of the first to visit after the recent upgrade ( new restaurants and bars) and refurbishment. I not going to make a stupid statement like the Serenity is the best hotel in Turkey etc. What I will say though is that I’m pushing 70 now and I haven’t been to a better all inclusive hotel In Belek . Or the world come to that!. Other hotels I have been to in Belek are: Maxx Royal, Voyage, Calista, Sueno Golf, Sueno Deluxe, Gloria Golf & Gloria Verde, Regnum Carya. In winter I have been to Sandals Jamaica, El Dorado gourmet Mexico as well as 5 star all inclusive in Dubai, Egypt, Cape Verde, Thailand, Canary Islands. If I was offered a free week in any of my previously visited hotels, Gloria Serenity would always be my choice. The only other one that would come close other than the other 2 Gloria hotels is Regnum Carya. The only reason for that is the Adults only pool and the amazing sunbeds. If you could pick them up and place them In Serenity grounds there would be no competition at all. The service at Serenity is amazing you can’t stand still without someone appearing and asking if you need anything. The food is out of this world, and why they do not promote themselves as a gourmet hotel I do not know. This is all made possible by Deniz the food and beverage manager who runs around all day making sure standards are maintained and everyone is doing their job properly. All the chefs are magnificent and should be commended. I can never work out who the top chefs are but make a point of thanking the ones that look like they are supervising and are wearing the elaborate chefs uniforms. Special mention to the pier bar staff who were magnificent. If you are considering this hotel just go. If you find it too expensive then I recommend Gloria Golf (in the same grounds) or Gloria Verde. Same quality of service and catering without the fancy bits. I am returning again in October and am very much looking forward to it. Well done Gloria please maintain your high standards.
