Papillon Ayscha Resort & Spa

Never understood why people would go back to the same hotel until now. This hotel was beyond brilliant. Heated pools throughout, the comfiest beds, and the food was unreal. Best we’ve ever had in any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. I will miss my salted caramel iced latte, they were so good…. Every night there was something different. The entertainment was great too, the Michael Jackson tribute night was first class. Quick and easy to get to from the airport, 5 mins in a taxi to the market. It was ideal, and a great family holiday destination.

An excellent choice for an annual family vacation. Went with our 2 teenage daughter and all us relished every minute. This is a superb resort which ticks all the boxes: - Spacious and luxurious rooms - 5 star facilities - Luxurious private beach - Huge and clean outdoor and indoor swimming pools - Spa with sauna and steam - All inclusive with huge variety of world cuisine and huge array of cocktails and Alcoholic beverages - Snack bar at the beach - 24 hour admiral bar with food options - Wide array of day time, evening and night entertainment, sports and parties - 4 Al carte fine dining restaurants Most importantly very friendly staff who does everything to get to know you and make you feel special. Special Callout to the manager Makbule who is super helpful and goes out of the way for customer satisfaction.

It's going to be our 4th visit to Papillon Aysha. Everything is fine, the territory is green, clean and compact, the food is excellent, the kids animation is our love. But every year I'm struggling against smokers in the non-smoking areas, especially on the beach. I'm so tired of that, I can't stand the smoke. Could the administration help to solve the problem this season?

Papillon Ayscha Hotel is the most magical place ever! 2 weeks my husband and I lived in a fairy tale! Super helpful and friendly staff! Our room was nice and comfortable with a lot of storage! Fatma the cleaning lady looked after us perfectly! Food was amazing! Delicious and varied everywhere at anytime! In the main restaurant we were truly welcomed by everyone but especially by smiley Demet ! We loved to have our food in her working area and we knew we will be served like royalty! Our favourite place ever was Martini Bar . Such a sophisticated place with such good music and relaxing atmosphere! We adore it! The manager there was absolutely professional with super customer service skills! He really made us feel very special! The best part of our stay was Animation team! Fabulous!Mustafa was really good, Fatih was incredible but very special thanks to Alena! She was brilliant and went extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable and enjoyed our holiday! The games and activities throughout the day were so exciting and such a fun you can not imagine! This is where we made great friends with other guests and we even started to plan our return trip to Papillon Ayscha next summer! Huge thanks to everyone for the wonderful memories and I look forward for seeing you again!

My family and I have just returned home following a week long stay at Papillon Ayscha. This was our first time visiting Turkey and we certainly weren’t disappointed. We had originally booked to stay in Papillon Belvil but were moved to Ayscha as the opening date for Belvil was delayed. Overall, we had a wonderful time. But, as with any holiday, there were pros and cons. As we visited in March, many of the hotels facilities had not yet reopened. That said, what was available was very good and was mostly adequate for the number of guests. Pros: - The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The garden areas are lovely and, despite the site being fairly compact, there are lots of different areas that guests can use to enjoy the sun or shade. - Heated main pool, indoor pool and slide pools. These are certainly not warm but are much warmer than the usual icy cold water at this time of year. - The vast majority of staff were very friendly and tried their best to speak to us in English. The lifeguards, looking after the slides, as well as some of the staff in the Martini Bar were particularly friendly and made us feel very welcome. - The Martini Bar is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed pre and post diner drinks there each evening. - The vibe in the hotel is very relaxed, making for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday. - Rooms cleaned daily, to a good standard. - Good selection and variety of food in the buffet restaurant. We are in both the Turkish and Asian A la Carte restaurants and enjoyed the food and intimacy of these very much. - Some entertainment but nothing overbearing, which we were very glad of. - As we were moved from Belvil, the hotel upgraded us to an interconnecting family room which was big and spacious and had a very large balcony. - Our son is Autistic and we requested a room in a quieter part of the hotel. This request was granted and the room was located in the perfect spot - a bit further away from the pool and entertainment but still very close to reception and the restaurants. Cons: - The biggest con is absolutely no fault of the hotels but it was a real problem for us. Some of the guests staying in the hotel were incredibly rude! They would routinely push ahead of people in the restaurant and at the bars and would bark orders at the staff. - The buffet restaurant can get very busy at times which can make it very canteen like. The staff are so busy trying to clear and reset tables that it can be very hard to get a drink. On more than one accession, I was unable to get a table at breakfast time and ended up just taking food to the room. Surely, there must be a more orderly way of organising the restaurant during busy times so that it feels less chaotic. - Bar staff (particularly the pool bar) did seem to serve whoever pushed their way in front of them, rather than encouraging guests to take turns. Luxury with details ❤️🌹 It was the best holiday I had, excellent management and polite staff and excellent service in high security. It is definitely recommended for family and friendly travel. I will choose this place again for a holiday.

Great hotel Four of us, 2 adults and 2 children, aged 4 and 7, visited Aysha in Oktober 2023. It was by far the best hotel in Antalya that we have ever visited. The choice and quality of the food was outstanding. The service around the hotel was simply very courteous, polite and professional. The possibility to rent a cabana and enjoy the service in it - you order via a QR code - a bonus. The whole thing was topped in our eyes by the Mini Club storage. Both children hardly wanted to leave the facility. The Mini Club area was very spacious and very child-friendly, but it was more the daily planning of the childminders that made it a place that my children really enjoyed, felt comfortable from the start and didn't want to leave. The daily schedule was transparent thanks to a brochure. Unlike other clubs, they didn't offer painting stones and collecting shells, but a more appealing and varied program such as Mini Golf, Yoga, Gym, Basketball, Swimming, Tennis, Sjolen, English Lesson, Bingo, Treasure Hunt etc. Thanks at this point to: Melissa, Sofia, Anastasiia, Aika (Mini Club) Emrah, Ömer (snack bar, restaurant), Ekrem (beach), Salih (spa).

A very good hotel, high quality restaurant service and food, wonderful Papy Mini kids club - friendly staff, kids have fun. The loading of the hotel is comfortable (the second half of October, there is always a place near the pool, no queues)

The beach is clean, good food, cozy room, perfect clean, friendly atmosphere. All beverages are available for every tastes , good dishes &glasses, but plastic on the beach. Food all over the time. Have tried a alacarte restaurants - too much for one person, be careful! Miniclub is perfect, kids like it, always fun & interesting!
