Hotel is nice. Some of waiters behaviour is not good. However there was good staffs. Thank you for your great service Unal Koc (Head of waiter) and Ayse hanim (from the housekeeping).

The hotel was acerage. I definitely wouldnt say it was 5 star! Rooms are dated. The quilt/blanket barely fitted the bed which was annoying. The food was NEVER hot, luke warm was the way it was no matter what time you went. The main restaurant wasn't that busy but there was no noodles or fresh veg ready to go with the prawns. I asked the chef could he get more and his reply was...I'll make more noodles in 5 minutes and then I'll make the vegetables! For a 5 star hotel, this was unacceptable! I dont often eat meat and there's very little 'veggi' choice unless you want to eat salads every night or soggy veg in a tomato based sauce! FLIES.....omg where do I begin with the flies!? Flies are on the buffet food, on the tables, cover you when you're at the pool...FLIES ARE EVERYWHERE! People including us were constantly swiping our hands whilst sunbathing, eating etc There's absolutely no getting away from them! There was lots of damaged sun umbrellas by the pool, the loungers needed a good scrub, some were so dirty. The staff were friendly and the rooms and surrounding areas were kept nice. There was 2 huge conferences on while we stayed at the hotel. Loads more people other than holiday makers. Lots of drunk loud 'businessmen' in the evening smoking in the bar areas......not pleasent. Been to lots of 5 star hotels, this hotel did not meet expectations unfortunately and we wont be back.

I’ve been în Antalya 5 times,this is by far the best resort i’ve been to. Airy, uncrowded hotel, enough places for all guests everywhere (pool, beach, terraces, restaurants) I had a room with a sea view in the main building: the room is small, but charming with carpet on the floor, dressing room, a matrimonial bed (2x2m), bathroom with bathtub (small bathroom), the bathroom does not lack theshower articles, body lotions, bathrobes. The cleanliness in the room is quite poor, at a basic level (garbage taken out, towels changed, vacuumed). The maids are inattentive, sometimes I had to go and draw their attention because they "jumped" my room and i need clean towels or soap. The restaurant: this is the hotel with the fewest dishes and I mean that in a positive way, unlike the resorts I've been to so far and they had dishes as far as the eye could see but most of them bland, here there weren't that many BUT by far the tastiest dishes, food specific to a High-Class hotel: delicious grills, fish, seafood, various types of dishes with a special taste, fabulous desserts, cakes, fruits... it was a real culinary treat. In the restaurant there is also a special buffet area for children, the lines of food being placed quite low, so that the little ones can serve themselves, and food specific to the little children (purées, soups, cereals, fruits, cheeses, even jars of pureed baby food and formula) In the restaurant countless dining places, various elegant booths, even an area specially dedicated to children with small tables and chairs attached to the adults' tables. Apart from the main restaurant, various snacks (pizza, doner, salads, donuts) can be served at the terrace by the pool and by the beach. There are also a la carte restaurants that can be reserved. The drinks from the most popular, imported, any cocktails you dreamed of, the bartender prepared for you, juices, lemonades, bit low-quality coffee (not real espresso).Swimming pool: fabulous, located in front of the hotel, enough for all guests staying Fancy land: the children's playgrounds are a real dreamland: swimming pools for all age categories, covered for the little ones, carousel, train, countless activities (face painting, mini disco, different shows every night) Shows for everyone every night (concerts, acrobatic shows, adult only parties) The spa center is absolutely fabulous, the prices are a little higher than in other hotels, but the quality of the services speaks for itself. The outdoor spaces are extremely well cared for, flowers, lawn, trees... nothing is left to be desired The beach: stretches over 400 meters. The beach is sandy until the entrance to the sea where it is pebbled, the entrance to the sea is quite steep The pontoon is gorgeous with a bar and sunbeds. The staff is professional and respectful. From the first to the last person I meet here, I have nothing but words of praise. There is a solution for any requirement, everyone is polite and attentive (I didn't meet greed

Recently spent another nine nights at our favourite hotel and overall we were totally satisfied. One of the highlights during our stay was arriving back at our room late one afternoon to find a lovely towel decoration on the bed, a bottle of wine, fruit basket and cookies with an envelope informing us we'd been upgraded to Silver status and we'd like to thank the management for this. Once again we stayed in the same room we've always had. The room is spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning but perhaps the room could do with a little updating. Generally we had no issues with the food options and always found something we liked. We ate in the Turkish, Italian and Mexican a la cartes and all were very good. The bars were good and we especially enjoyed the cocktails both in the lobby bar and the roof top bar. Entertainment seemed a little subdued and didn't really get you up dancing but what we saw was okay. Once again the outstanding feature of our stay were the amazing staff. Whether it was the reception team, customer relations, dining room staff or bar staff they were all polite friendly and attentive we would however the efforts of two members of staff who stood out and they were Golnaz in the lobby bar and the fantastic roller blading superstar waiter Firat who always kept us topped up with drinks. The pool areas are generally good however we found during this stay that the antique pool got quite loud and boisterous at times during the day and we ended up spending the last two days of our holiday at the secret garden pool. I suggested in my last review that having a designated adults only pool would be a great move as not all guests bring children I would also suggest stocking Spiced Rum in the bars. Our holiday has once again provided us with a lovely relaxing break and we will return next year and intend bringing friends. Thank you Xanadu

We had a realxing stay at this resort. We crose to stay at one of the bungalows that had view to the Silent pool. The family room was of a decent size, cleaned daily. The beds were comfy, the balcony had also a drier line for towels. The morning meal was almost always the same but for dinner and lunch there was some variety. The seashore was clean. It has pebbles mixed with sand, the entrance in the sea is quite abrupt. It gets deep after 3 meters, fortunately we are all good swimmers. The servers are very nice prompt and kind. We reserved a table at the Turkish restaurant and had a surprise birthday gift and they served us a whole cake and a bottle of champagne. :) We have been overall satisfied with our stay, there has been a minus with the mosquitoes in the evening, to avoid this I recommend to have lunch inside.
