Ethno Belek

We had a great stay at Ethno. The interior design is perfection, great food, the rooms are very nice. The personal assistants are of great help (Batuhan, Bilge) helping with all details you need (reservations etc). Although the kids club is not ready my son has a great time here. The pools are excellent, aquapark is great. The chocolate is heaven on earth. We want to come back also next year when will be fully finished.

I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones, but this time I cannot stay silent and want to warn all future visitors. We all know that a vacation is a highly anticipated event in the lives of both adults and children. Many save money, prepare for a long time, and upon arrival expect to have a quality and enjoyable experience. This did not happen with my family. We believed in the concept of the hotel and purchased a tour through early booking. We eagerly awaited our vacation, even though the hotel postponed its opening several times. We believed until the last moment that our vacation would still happen and were even ready to overlook minor flaws. However, upon arrival, we encountered significant issues: 1. Construction is still ongoing on the hotel premises, with associated debris, noise, open manholes, and exposed wires. 2. Most of the amenities like restaurants, the kids' club, and the adults' nightclub are not ready. And they are unlikely to be ready anytime soon. 3. The hotel and rooms are already in poor condition. There is construction dust and debris everywhere. It genuinely feels like this is not a new hotel but an old one undergoing renovation. It’s clear that they tried to meet the deadline, but it would have been better to be honest and postpone the opening to a realistic date instead of letting down so many people who ended up coming to the hotel. 4. If you booked a room that is above standard, you won’t see it. We experienced this too, as we were offered a standard room instead of the high-category room we booked. 5. The food was good initially, but it has now deteriorated. Funny how there were no steaks in the steak restaurant at some point. 6. What was built is now breaking down - the pier is collapsing, lighting is not working, builders are painting and plastering walls in front of tourists, conducting noisy work. 7. On the way to the unfinished kids' club and its makeshift replacement in the form of a tent with broken toys - there are open manholes, easy to fall into. 8. The beach is full of construction debris, with stones and sharp construction remnants in the water. Tourists themselves are pulling out stones. 9. The staff does not help. Neither the assistants nor the higher management. I won't mention any names here because I consider myself above that. However, we saw no help, support, or empathy. No problem-solving. It makes me very sad to write this review because we had high hopes for the hotel. In the end, our vacation was simply ruined; we did not have a single good emotion left, and we left with tears in our eyes. It was painful and upsetting. I believe it is important to be honest - with tourists, with oneself, and not to turn the lives of people who came for a vacation into a living nightmare. I think soon there will be many more reviews here proving that there is nothing real from the beautiful images that were on the renderings.

Bayram tatili için aylar önce tatilimizi planlamıştık geç açılması bizi biraz kaygılandırsa bile gecikme ile otel 11 haziranda açıldı, biz 15 haziranda otele giriş yaptık otelde bir çok eksik olmasına rağmen ( açılmamış ala carte restoranlar, açılmamış havuzlar, açılmamış çocuk kulübü gibi) girişten itibaren bu eksiklikleri adeta telafi etmek için tüm çalışanlar olağanüstü bir ilgi ile bizi ağırlamaya çalıştı, otele girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar her zaman yanımızda olan Amina ve Elmina hanımlara teşekkür ediyoruz, amacınız kafa dinlemek ailenizle birlikte huzurlu bir tatil yapmak ise bu eksikliklerin bir önemi yok aslında ancak bu tür eksikliklerin yanında işleyişi etkileyen aksaklıklar daha ciddi sorunlara neden olabiliyor, tatilin son gününde başlayan 2 kızımda birden karşılaştığımız mide bulantısı, kusma, ishalle giden rahatsızlık maalesef bizim otele karşı olan pozitif düşüncemizi değiştirdi, eksikliklerini tamamladıktan sonra maxx royal ve regnum carya gibi A+ oteller arasında yerini alacaktır muhakkak ama bence otel erken açılmış

We stayed in Ethno Hotel in June 2024, Belek Turkey and we liked it a lot. Meliha Rabia was such a great server! We enjoyed spending a little time with her. She was so funny and just an interesting person to talk to and be around! When we come back, we hope to see her again!

THANKS waiters Suleyman and Ahmed on the beach. So kind and helpful. Great English, best service. Very good food and looking delicious. So good in Javara beach ❤️! If you like to chill on the beach with great view go to Ethno. Architecture also perfect.

Thats is a disaster. Twice opening was cancelled. According to rumours it will be ready only in July. Pictures from the portofolio are graphic. We have a booking for August but received messages that it looks still as a construction site. Marketing team is writing standartized useless messages but can not put a single real picture

Mein Aufenthalt im Ethno Belek war einfach unvergesslich! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kinderanimation (Tausend Dank an Beste, Iklima und volkan)– sie war die beste, die ich je in meinem Leben gesehen habe. Die Betreuer waren nicht nur unglaublich freundlich und geduldig, sondern boten auch ein abwechslungsreiches und kreatives Programm, das meine Kinder jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Von spannenden Schatzsuchen über kreative Bastelstunden bis hin zu aufregenden Sportaktivitäten war für jedes Kind etwas dabei. Das Hotel selbst war wunderschön und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, und das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend – eine große Auswahl an köstlichen Speisen für jeden Geschmack. Insgesamt kann ich das Ethno Belek nur wärmstens empfehlen, vor allem für Familien mit Kindern. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Отель не готов. Мини клуба нет. Спа центра нет. Вилл нет. Аля карт рестораны работают не все. По всей территории ремонт Везде все недоделано, персонала не хватает, везде дырки, рабочие ходят, трактора ездят Два раза на пирсе провалились людиз

Öncelikle tesis yeni faaliyete geçtiği için tabi ki bazı ufak tefek aksaklıklar oldu ama bunu müşterilerine minimum şekilde yansıttılar.Biz ailece yaptığımız tatilden çok memnun kaldık özellikle personel çok güler yüzlü ve çalışkandı.Rahat ve konforlu tatil yapacaklar için tavsiye ederim.Ethno otel ailesine çok teşekkür ederim.
