Crowne Plaza Beijing Lido

Very pleasant experience and very helpful staff when we need help. Convenient location close to the subway, airport express and not too far away from down town. The rooms are very big and the bed is super big.

Upon arrival, I came into this huge entrance lobby area. Huge shout out to Bella Hu from GRO and Mike at the IHG one rewards desk, Check-in / Check-out was smooth, easy and both of them were pleasant, kind and helpful. Room was great with a huge bed and super comfortable. room temperature a little too warm for my liking but nothing like opening a window cant fixed. Went to check out CHAR at the first floor in the evening but didn’t have a chance to see other facilities. A lil hiccup that I would like to mention was 2 things that the wifi doesn’t work for both of my phones (thank you for the help of the duty manager that tried his best to help me with it, appreciate it) and also regarding my encounter with the night shift FO that isnt very pleasant. Went and asked for bottle of water to be kindly send to the room but she wasn’t engaging the conversation kindly and even barely looking at me and water was not sent to the room neither that night. Perhaps confusion? But afterall, CROWNE PLAZA LIDO is one of my fav stay as always. Thank you!

I stay here often when I come to the area, and always enjoy this hotel. This time was no different. The room was large and clean, and the pool was excellent with water heated to just the right temperature. The fitness room is indeed one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel, with a wonderful selection of weight machines. Shout out to the wonderful service, and especially to the service manager, Echo, who went above and beyond to make sure to o was attended to with fast service! Thank you!

My family and I have stayed here twice now, and we love it! It’s clean, the pool is both beautiful and huge, and the breakfast buffet is full of every type of food you can imagine. The guest relations manager, Aileen, is very friendly and willing to help. The rest of the staff is very responsive regarding our requests. Every time we go to Beijing, the Lido Crowne Plaza is always our first choice!

Spacious room, located in the same area as a couple of other hotels. There are restaurants, a supermarket and a pharmacy across the road from the hotel. Location was good for my work trip, but the rooms, despite of it being tagged as "non-smoking" smell as though they are smoking rooms at times. Sewage pipes are a couple of other things in the bathroom probably need to be addressed as well (rain shower had some issues). The breakfast buffet spread was fantastic. Definitely worth adding to your stay if you are on the fence.

Great hotel for Business Travellers, the whole team are very professional, especially Echo.
