the window in the room was dirty and not cleaned and the carpet was dirty

The room was smaller than what i expected from the picture. I guess it's a budget hotel after all. Sheets and room smells a bit but nothing too unbearable. The front desk does not really speak english but communicable with baidu. Yes, they have a shuttle to universal but the bus conductor only spoke chinese and not really helpful. Wasnt sure on how to get back to the hotel so just took taxi hailing from the parking lot.

The standard single area of the room is 15 square meters, which is the smallest of all room types, although the small facilities are all complete. The bedding in the room was disinfected and cleaned by the washing company before being delivered to the hotel, and there was no unpleasant smell. I am very sorry for the English communication at the front desk. We will strengthen relevant knowledge training for employees in the future and hope to provide satisfactory service next time. It's close to the universal studios and convenient with the shuttle bus.
Room is comfortable and clean. Staff was polite and helped us with take out order.

PERFECT FOR UNIVERSAL STUDIOS VISITORS
The Lavande Hotel is great for people who intend on going to Universal Studios. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well kept. PRO TIP: to turn off the beside lamps, you need to push the actual lamp shades (it’s not clear at all but eventually figured it out).
The staff there are really friendly, especially the gentleman who works on the night shift who is very courteous even the security guard.
The breakfast buffet is 38rmb per person and starts at 7am. The breakfast buffet, however, is just Chinese food. There is no coffee.
There is a shuttle bus at 8am to the Universal Studios Theme Park, however, I arrived at 7:50am and it was already full. Not to worry though, because it’s only a 10mins DiDi Trip to Universal Studios Theme Park.
I will definitely go back to Universal Studios hence I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Do note that it’s quite far out from airports and railways. It took me 45mins in a taxi from Capital Airport. However, the plus is that it’s close and convenient to Universal.
Overall, a pleasant experience at this hotel. Definitely well worth their online rating.

帶孩子去環球影城玩，距離合適。內部房間乾淨整潔舒適，前台服務周到。酒店早晨有多個時間的班車到環球影城也非常方便，即使打車也很快。早餐在樓下，品種可以滿足。下次來玩的話還是會選擇這裏，也會推薦給朋友👍

前台服務很好，第一次來，想去環球影城就找的這個酒店，出地鐵一個路口大約400米就到了，很方便，房間特別好，，乾淨衞生收入的很好，沒有味道，空調製冷效果也不錯。
酒店來迴環球影城班車服務:我們做了8點10分的大巴車。非常準時。
設施：好。
衞生：乾淨。
環境：近地鐵，房間環境好。隔音可以。比較安靜。
服務：服務人員很客氣，非常好。
