My family enjoy BJ, the place is very convenience, the host is nice, fast response. Just little note that need to equip some utensils.

This hotel has a great location, close to many shopping centres and public transportation. I stayed there for two nights and I was not very impressed by the amenities. The room was small and outdated. The hotel could improve its amenities to match its location and price.

You will have to call once you're downstairs (a little bit Chinese is preferred), but the owner is available any time of the day. Location is very convenient with bus in front and subway line 2 and 10 within walking distance. Appartement is big and clean, but not fully equipped. If you need something, just ask the owner.

Well located near Taikooli mall and not to far from the city center. The first apartment we got in was smelling cigarettes and dirty. We asked for another apartment and the support provided a new one right away. This time it was cleaner and not smelly. The apartment was very cold (13 degC) though and the heating system was not very powerful. We had an electricity cut at around 5am and the temperature inside dropped at 12. Maximum temperature was 18 degC inside and all we got extra was a quilt and a mobile heater. At least they accepted to keep our access until 5pm the day of our check out. The price was low, i guess that's what you get for that price during high season

When i check-in hotel, they even didnt clean room so we waited pretty long. After checking in, they told us that they dont host foreign tourist. It was unprofessional. None of staff dont speak in English.

公寓的位置極好，交通方便，樓下及附近有很多不同風味餐廳。房間比較大，簡單實用。但是設備比較舊，洗手間屋頂因漏水而破洞，沒有浴簾，洗浴時水能濺到整個洗手間。而且在淋雨過程中沒有熱水供應。衹好等待大概20分鐘才解決。建議增加一塊防滑墊，萬一客人出現滑到受傷，經營者會有很**煩。不過客服到是都能隨時聯繫到。

位置好 房間很大，很寬敞。 有冰箱很好。 服務可以。 空調很涼，舒服。 有浴缸，但是淋浴需要站在浴缸裏。問了管家，説個別房是單獨淋浴的。 不錯，下次還過來

位置優越，性價比高

房間衞生衹能説一般，浴室洗完澡就會地面積水，需要自己拿吸水拖把拖幹，怪不得衞生間門框邊都已經腐爛。最不可思議的是，十月的北京天氣，居然房間裏一直有蚊子，拍了四五衹，第二天已經有，娃臉上被咬了好多包

第一次入住這家酒店，整體體驗很不錯，是我今後來京入住首選。
