Aman Summer Palace

Best hotel in Beijing. Great service. Would stay there again!

The Aman Summer Palace is like living in a fantasy. If you love the Summer Palace but want to avoid the crowds this is your choice. They have their own private gate. The staff are so friendly and the service is just amazing. I would give them more than 5 stars for service If I could. I am an executive for Resort development with Universal and I got a lot of great ideas during my stay. It is very quiet and peaceful and especially at night. I also had one of the best massages I can recall with a Shifu massuer. I am not sure what herbs he was using and I was dubious at first; but the proof is in the results. You just have to stay here at least once in your life!

First of all, I am very satisfied with all kind of service in Aman Summer Palace. All staffs are very kind and sincere. And I praise Jojo Feng who really helped us stay comfortable and enjoyable here. I felt that my family were likely to become part of Ming & Qing dynasty and travel back in the past. Definitely we will visit Aman summer palace again soon. This place really harmonizes with Yiheyuan very well.

Obvious it's been 3 years without international tourists. Time to restart service trainings including language and culture skills.

Complete joke considering the price. Nothing particularly special about the whole setup, rooms, courtyards, restaurants, public spaces completely lack the general ambience and feel of an aman but prices are probably more than most other Amans I’ve stayed at. Feel like I’m in a 800 rmb hutong hotel in Dongsi. Service in the restaurants is a disaster, 30 mins to get a croissant for my hungry son at breakfast, 40 mins to get a beer and a watermelon juice in the bar. Access to the summer palace is only during normal opening hours so not like you escape the normal crowds. Pool only opens at 1pm and you have to wear a swimming cap.... save your money and stay at the opposite house or rosewood

酒店原是頤和園的一部分，位置絕佳，入住的客人可以無限次從專屬通道進入頤和園，早一些在各個旅行團進園尤為重要，懂的都懂。地理優勢得天獨厚。這點非常好。 建成時間較長了，部分硬件需要維護和升級，客觀原因導致的可以理解和接受，酒店目前也在分部分進行改進。 但如廣大網友評價，北京安縵的硬傷是軟件。傷的太硬了。 一工作人員質量參差不齊。真的急待提高。雖然之前有心裏準備，但還驚訝到自己了。 首先從大門的迎車師傅，門僮，和前台人員都是非常到位和合格的，剛到時覺得很好，是網友們過分了。 後來很快被現實打臉（羣眾的眼睛果然雪亮）。 御膳裏的服務人員（不含幾位經理），言辭極為不妥。具體不展開，衹是頭一次在這個檔位酒店遇見如此情況，自己都驚訝了，絕沒誇張。反饋意見後經理的態度和補償能感覺到是有誠意的，但是的確留下不好的體驗。 文化館的大姐，態度熱情但行為舉止好像沒有過系統培訓，標準話術無從談起，當著客人和員工聊天，誰排了晚班，鴛鴦賣了幾對兒，一對兒多少錢，自己累不累等等。 御膳房和文化館的員工與前台的員工差距有多大呢，大到都已經有割裂感了，這倆地方員工讓人恍惚回到了國營賓館。是外包員工麼。。。為什麼會這樣呢。前台經理不停在善後，我都能感覺到她累。 二是管理細節，下午文化宮活動前期告知是麪塑，到了文化館説畫臉譜和扇面，後來活動都開始了，再過來的別的客人還以為是麪塑。 臉譜是商場小童中心小孩玩的那種，談不上體驗也用不到教學，而且畫筆質量稀碎。我就不信老師用這種筆能畫出流暢線條。老師衹教畫扇面，但並不主動，全程無溝通，大姐説扇子是老師自己帶的，單獨銷售。買了會帶着畫。因為不用教學大姐繼續和老師暢聊。 產品介紹頁面顯示有茶室可以品茶，實際並沒開門。。。且沒有給到原因。如果酒店主打文化請拿出誠意且關注細節。政策初衷是好的，執行落地粉碎。 不談價格衹談要求的都是耍**。上述問題在其他四星甚至五星酒店也許可以不計，但訂了一萬多一晚的安縵，這種情況是完全不應該出現的。 自己是本地的，不存在地域黑，衹拿國內比較，咱北京頤和和上海養雲無論從管理還是人員上能差了三個四季，一直以來很喜歡這個品牌，衹希望北京能儘快改善，也能越來越好。

服務：首先説服務，安縵很棒，是幾家安縵我體驗下來，讓我還想再去入住的酒店。 環境：晚上路燈少了一些，但是不影響我院子的路燈，二八大槓讓我回憶起外公小時候送我上學的時候，這是比較戳中我回憶，再看一次我媽媽騎二八大槓，拍下視頻，對我來説挺有意義。 衞生：房間衞生包括院子衞生沒得説，是我認為達到細心的範圍。 入住等待時間略微有點長，容易耽誤後面的計劃，也是因為我連住，所以這個小缺點可以消化，去頤和園超級超級方便，可以説靈活看時間避開人羣，幫我媽媽拍照，我媽媽很開心對我來説這就足夠。

前台的小雪和同事給安排了免費升級，庭院房間非常有特色，有住在頤和園中的錯覺。服務周到且不過分。早餐和中式晚餐都很好。親子游隆重推薦，因為從入住開始，孩子的傳統文化體驗就已經開始了，絕對物有所值。
