Excellent service provided by the hotel staffs especially Mr Liu from concierge. Hotel room is clean and pretty too.

Such beautiful hotel with lovely and friendly staff, excellent service and very decent facilities. The walls are a bit thin so just beware, but overall it was a really nice stay and I had some good rests there!

The room has prepared sleeping masks which were very convenient. They also gave small snacks and the children like them. It’s also convenient to go to bus stops and subway stations.

Positive: 1) Pretty clean hotel 2) Near to MRT station about 400m 3) Free access to washing machine and dryer for doing laundry. Negative: 1) No coffee machine available in the restaurant during breakfast. The coffee produced in the flask isn't nice. 2) Restaurant a bit small and times that we have to wait for seat.

Overall experience was very memorable, very nice staff from reception to room service, very hygienic, excellent breakfast. Only challenge is they don't have any lunch or dinner that makes it difficult and can loose customers to hotel hotels which offer.

Everything is excellent in service from the hotel manager to every staff.Very warm-hearted,and I would like to overnight at the Mercure hotel again next time.

The concierge always greeted us with a smile every time we came in and out and asked if we needed any assistance. The housekeeping staff on the 8th floor is great!

Very Instagram friendly. I felt like I should be posing for a photo shoot in the very aesthetic space. Service was also good, though they asked for a Chinese phone number from a foreigner who just arrived in Beijing. Also the central heating was on too high.

Impossible to communicate if you do not speak Chinese. Basic English words such as “passport” should be comprehended

Nice stay, with good amenities. Very good service, with problems settled immediately. Generous free drinks and decent breakfast. I wish there is more storage space though.
