Not worth the price and disappointing - I booked this place after looking at the images on the website, they looked very convincing. So I booked it for me and my wife to spend a relaxing day looking at the peaceful mountains and forest. However those pictures were quite misleading. The hotel is a compound of lackluster buildings build to a mountain side right next to the road. The view is nothing like in the website photos but quite mediocre. The room was quite good and modern. Which was the only plus point. Also the smart toilet and bathroom with the bathtub was nice, but it was evident the hotel staff needs to learn more about housekeeping. It seems like they were penny pinching. The bedsheets had holes in them, no glasses to drink water, only two water bottles and only two packs of coffee. Very very disappointing for the price I paid for one night. Furthermore although it says 24 hours concierge service，after 9 pm they stop responding to messages on wechat. I asked in Chinese to send some water bottles and glasses but they didn't respond. Very unprofessional. The breakfast was also pretty basic. Not even fresh juice, just a typical Chinese breakfast you will find in any low budget hotel. The swimming pool was so so and dirty. Other amenities were for kids, so I can't comment on those. Overall the hotel is very mediocre and not worth the money they are charging per night. I won't recommend this place to anyone as there are better places around this area for lesser price.

My second visit to Yunduan. Like last year, enjoyed our stay. It’s a kid friendly place and includes a kids pool, playground and indoor kids club. This time we got a family friendly room just next to the swimming pool. My son loved the bunker bed with slide. Food has gotten better since last time although it’s primarily Chinese cuisine. Many of the dishes have English mentioned and carry a picture. Breakfast has Chinese and Western dishes but variety is limited. But services are excellent. This time our room didn’t have smart toilet which was the only regret. If you are traveling with kids this is a good choice for a short vacation.

Have a bug in bed but overall everything amazing

We were looking for a getaway from the city vacations and this is definitely the place. The room was clean and neat, towels changed every day. I was concerned about the meals not being up to our expectations, but I couldn't be more wrong. It's Chinese cuisine but not spicy as I expected and there's a big variety of dishes to choose from. A bit pricey though if you go on tight budget, but DELICIOUS. Breakfast, however was average, not many options, but coffee was decent. Bottom line a great experience, loved the pool and the attention from the staff was 10 out of 10. A big THANK YOU to all the hotel workers. Will be definitely recommending the place.

Our stay at Hi Ma Ma was nice. We were there on a week day and it was very quiet. Room was clean and tidy. Only negative point: no cold water in the shower and the bathtub. Breakfast was average.

Overall great stay. The pool is great, the garden is great and in a good location in the mountains. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which was really good (especially the fish)

Very friendly staff and the location was great to explore the Great Wall via foot. The hotel also offers a great indoor playground for kids, outside as well… the Food was really tasty. Overall great stay - only the bathroom was smelling and we hat some bugs in the room what made our stay a little bit uncomfortable (even though the room was well decorated and had a nice view towards the Great Wall…)

房間挺寬敞，還比較乾淨，酒店環境特別好，可以游泳還有一個無動力小孩兒玩耍的樂園，孩子特別喜歡，就是因為房子建在高的地方，熱水上來很慢，每次都要等好長時間，如果對水温沒有要求的，其實可以忽略，我覺得這家應該算是附近比較高檔的酒店了

很有特色的民宿。周圍環境幽靜，休閑玩樂設施完備，孩子大人衹是在院子裏發呆就能打發大半天時間。房間依山而建，每個房間特點不同，總能找到自己喜歡的。公共設施區的吊牀，泳池的透明船特別受歡迎，很適合拍照凹造型。暑期休假還要去體會一下山泉水的泳池

先説優點，清明節去的，當時預訂的是蟬鳴大床房，清明節顧客較多，店家特意聘請了一批員工，大家服務態度都很好很熱情，有問題都積極幫助解決。 下面説問題： 1.最開始的蟬鳴大床房裡蟲子很多，尤其到了晚上，睡覺的枕頭上都在爬，請員工來處理他們噴了殺蟲劑，連噴帶放味道在外面等了近2小時，回屋後女朋友還是感覺頭暈嗓子疼，酒店給換了房型。 2.換了房型後沒有之前的蟲子了，但至退房時發現了四衹蜘蛛，大小均超過了大拇指指甲 3.房間特別潮濕，一開門就是撲面而來的味道，床是潮濕的感覺，衞生間濕了導致他的牆上都一直是水汽。 4.空調不太給力，山裡冷，空調開最大夜間f內温度也就21度左右，夜裡凍醒。馬桶説是智能的也不好用 5.熱水放了五分鐘都熱不了，且堵塞導致水溢出來流進衞生間。 6.房間都在小山坡上，爬一趟真的累… 7.一千多的酒店和一千多的民宿在早餐上差別還是挺大的，品類比較少，肉菜就是質量比較一般的培根和蒜泥腸，但是菜的味道真的不錯，不知道是不是因為都是當地的 8.和酒店溝通退房間差價，酒店説讓我退訂單走線下付款，我説我需要一個評價的地方，酒店協商優惠我100元，我覺得這個優惠彌補不了我的損失，在這裏表揚攜程客服，一直在積極處理問題，協調溝通，而且在處理後個人申請了200元優惠給我

環境很好 乾淨 烤虹鱒魚值得推薦 有泳池 屋內有浴缸 還有很多小孩玩的娛樂設施 不足就是 洗澡水 熱水不夠多 洗一會就涼了

長者小孩兒都滿意，孩子玩的多，泳池，手工課，手工課也是免費的，停車很方便也免費，晚上衹有自助，員工説太忙沒法單點，這點很不好，我們出去吃的晚飯。早餐也一般不過能吃飽。
