Hejia Hotel (Beijing Anzhen Hospital)

There was construction work going on around the hotel. We had to walk with our luggage to the hotel since taxi could not cross that area. The staff was very interrogative. Had booked for 2 days still asked the same questions on both days, also took passport copies on both days, also issued a new room card on the 2nd day. The receptionist initially could not even find our booking through trip.com inspite of showing the booking number and details, passport details, etc which delayed the check-in process for about 30 minutes.
