Chunxi Homestay (Badaling Great Wall)

My partner and I stayed two nights in the double bed room. We are bicycle travelers but wanted to take a day to visit the Great Wall - this location is close enough you can walk to the wall (25min). The mattress was so comfortable (memory foam) we asked the owner where they bought it to see if we could get one shipped to the United States. The room was exceptionally well thought out optimizing space and convenience. The shower works really well, the automatic curtain offers plenty of privacy, the mini couch is a nice place to sit and fresh towels and extra bedding are ready for you on arrival. The hostess also gave us fresh apples each day and we were able to do laundry for 10yuan as well as order dinner for a reasonable price that was freshly made for us and delicious! As foreigners with little Chinese, the hostess was very patient and helpful as we translated messages back and forth with whatever questions we had about the stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an accessible place to stay near the Great Wall!

民宿老闆很親切，會開到古城門口來接，也會在我要離開的時候送行李過來古城門口，早餐是老闆阿姨煮的餛飩，很好吃，一切都相當不錯。

房間佈置温馨，乾淨整潔，二樓還有觀景台，視野非常開闊。 大姐非常熱心腸，來回都是送到城門口，離長城接駁站也很近，非常愉快的一次體驗。
