This is a very comfortable hotel made even better by the friendly, helpful staff. In particular, the breakfast menu and food quality is way beyond a typical Courtyard. We had fluffy scrambled farm fresh eggs in a garden bowl that also featured perfectly roasted potatoes and fresh heirloom tomatoes. The food quality was top notch perfectly prepared! We will come back!

Was advised by male employee that the total bill including taxes was $149. Upon checking out the bill was $171. If you were told by the hotel representative one price, then that should be the price. I felt I was ripped off. Would I stay there again? No.

friendly staff and helpful. Amenities are average Cleanliness of room was ok but carpet was damp and feels dirty Balcony is very dirty and the ledge under the balcony is very disgusting (black and green mould) so imagine what you breath, no one cared to clean that ledge which is a very easy task and risk free. It would have taken 30 minutes max to clean it. The rest of the hotel is average. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

In town for a baseball tournament. When we found out we didn’t have games on the 4th day, we asked to cancel our final night more than24 hours in advance. We were told that we couldn’t cancel because we booked separately from the rest of the team. (The team was originally told they couldn’t cancel, but eventually they all got their last night refunded). Later we found out that another family that booked separately like us were able to get a refund for the final night. They didn’t mention they were with the team. What??? We are the ONLY ones that paid for four nights but stayed for three. Room wasn’t particularly clean either. No spare TP. Empty body was dispenser. Vanity light was non functional (but they fixed it quickly).

We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Lebanon, NJ to attend our son's wedding. While the hotel itself was a typical Courtyard, it was the service by Nina that was over the top! First, she made sure that we could check in early with our mothers so we could be settled in before having to attend the wedding rehearsal. She also accommodated our request to have our rooms close together by giving us adjoining rooms. We needed a walk in shower for our mothers and could only do that in a king so we took the king room and they were put in the adjoining queen room. It made everything so much easier! She also provided us with some area restaurant recommendations when we needed a quick and easy lunch somewhere good that would work with our food allergies. Nina was always there to help with everything including helping our other son retrieve his cell phone that he left on the wedding bus. Thank you Nina!

I stayed with my family (3 adults, one child) overnight during a moving trip (we moved from TX to NY), and this hotel was the only "pet friendly" in the area. The room was more expensive than average, with barely any amenities available - no complimentary shampoo/conditioner, only 3 extra thin towels in a room that sleeps 5, and a SINGLE bath rug. The hotel also has a hidden $100 "pet cleaning fee" that is non-refundable and wasn't mentioned during the reservation. Beds were creaking if we moved AT ALL on them. Also, the trash can was not lined with a trash bag, we ended up using one of our own bags. We also found some blood stains on the couch... after reading the reviews I did not try the breakfast, better to drive somewhere else and grab a coffee/pastry.

Very basic hotel and expensive for what they provide. Staff are friendly enough but the bedrooms/bathrooms are so dated … shower curtains ? Really and a sink outside the bathroom opposite the wardrobe ? Who designed this. The pool looked tiny and ancient but it was closed anyway. Breakfast was limited and all done in a microwave/toaster. And it’s in the middle of no where. There must be better choices in the area ?

Asked to be far away from weddings parties- because i needed to sleep for a funeral the next day, but the bar was full & loud past 11pm. Blood stain on carpet. I liked the shampoo dispenser. Overpriced for what I got. Probably would not stay there again.

Good hotel, but horrible, insufficient and quote frankly inexcusable on site food options. I was there for five days for business travel reasons, with my wife and infant accompanying me. The hotel itself was great; nice rooms, facilities, onsite service and they even quickly provided us with a pack and play for our two month old. However, the only food service was a Starbucks outpost in the lobby and some very inadequate microwaved food at the bar. Sorry, but paying $ 6 for a cup of coffee doesn't cut it. Also, the hotel is an an area which is isn't particularly built up, so other options around aren't that great or convenient either!
