Hôtel Carline Beaune

Liked · 20 minute walk to Beaune along a well lit main road. Good size room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was included & had everything you would want from continental to bacon & eggs. Ideal for a 1 night stopover heading south. Disliked · Description stated pool would be open during my stay but it wasn't , it was only late May, but that was part of my choosing this hotel

Looking forward to an overnight stay but the restaurant was being used for private parties and wouldn't accept a booking. Have stayed in other Logis Hotels and not experienced this problem. Would not go here again.

Very Poor.Bad smells in hotel.Restaurant closed.Key card broke for room entry. Pool closed.Waited 45mins in cold to enter hotel as gate closed and pin not supplied to us. No staff to help. No security even?! Terrible, don’t go!

Good value for money travelers hotel near to the motorway. Basic in many ways but clean and comfortable enough without any frills. Parking is available and safe, sometimes directly outside rooms. Friendly service. A continental breakfast is offered at an extra minimal charge. The evening meal is a small menu but it is very good. A nice stop over.

An unspiring hotel like many, rooms are clean as one may expect. But very very unfriendly staff... shouting to me while helping another customer that the pool is closed (a morning dip not possible) and telling me in perfect English that I should speak French when I asked the man why ...

Not the personal touch we were expecting from a Logis, rooms are functional and have most ameneties but its more mote / travel lodge type that a Logis style that we have got used to where there is more personality and a friendly touch. Breakfast was okay and did the job

Bon, je commencerais par un mot : décevant ! Déjà, ne vous fiez pas aux photos, lorsque vous arrivez le lit n’est pas présenté avec les coussins colorés et le chemin assorti… tout cela c’est dans le catalogue ! Bref, passons, vous arrivez donc dans une chambre banale, dans laquelle une lampe de chevet n’a pas d’ampoule, et dans laquelle vous ne trouverez même pas une bouteille d’eau… heureusement il y a les robinets, c’est déjà ça ! Le petit déjeuner, fort banal au demeurant, servi dans une salle sans âme, trop petite pour accueillir convenablement les nombreux clients de cet hôtel ne restera pas dans les anales. Enfin les abords, visiblement laissés à l’abandon avec des jardinières et des pots envahis par les mauvaises herbes donnent un aspect négligé lors de l’arrivée. Un désherbage énergique serait le bienvenu. Certes l’hôtel était en travaux, et on ne peut pas reprocher cela, mais le prix demandé lui ne l’était pas. Le rapport prestation prix est franchement mauvais. J’ai vu beaucoup de 2 étoiles dans lesquels on se sent mieux accueilli.

Depuis 2 mois, l'hôtel Carline ne dispose plus de restaurant sur place. Le programme de fidélité qui permettait d'obtenir 5% en cash sur le montant de son séjour a été supprimé ! De plus les chambres sont vieillissantes ! Dommage que cet hôtel est quitté le réseau Logis de France.
