I stay here on a regular basis and it’s consistently great. Service is always excellent, nice gym, good restaurant, fantastic bartender, nice rooms. It’s by far the best hotel in Beaumont. A recent renovation was completed and looks great. It’s the only place I stay when in town.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and clean room. Enjoyed the bar and bartender that opened at 5. Food was good. Ordered flatbread, chicken sandwich, and cheesecake for dessert. Some traffic noise from interstate but it didn’t affect my sleep.

My husband and I checked in this past Friday, 1/5 for one night. From the minute we walked in, it was amazing. Miranda and Quin, thank you for making us feel so special. Being a HH Diamond Member, we were offered a complimentary upgrade to the King Premium Room w/in-room snacks. Great TV and wonderful bed .. lots of lighting in the room. Tons of plugs in the room, which was a plus! We didn't stay for breakfast .. had to get on the road early. Highly recommend this property!

A new hotel but the door lock to our room just did not work even though lady on desk came up at least 3 times to let us in, we should have asked to move rooms. The dinner was worse I have had in a HGInn. Menu items were off....settled for salmon, really small portion. $20 . Breakfast was even worse! No buffet which makes HGInn worth staying in, no hot water for tea, one guy trying to handle it all. The hot tub was working but is outside and air was only 42 so declined use.

Warning: get comfortable. Business traveler here. I’m in Beaumont regularly. I usually stay somewhere else, but thought I’d try out this place because my normal accommodation doesn’t have a bar and restaurant area within it. I’m not staying here again though. It has some positives, I will say. The cookies they make for guests are awesome. However, if the staff doesn’t feel like it, they don’t make them. When they were available, it was a nice way to end the day as they were delicious! Ok, enough about cookies. I enjoyed the bar/restaurant when Christine was working. She recommended a ribeye, and the cook did not disappoint! She was friendly and attentive. The room furnishings were nice enough, and the bathroom was fine. The showers had good pressure, and lots of towels were provided. Most of the staff with which I interacted were lovely. The Keurig machine in the room is a nice feature, but I had to buy my own k-cups because the brand they provided were awful. Also housekeeping kept leaving more decaf than regular k-cups. And the coffee proved in the lobby was tasteless. As you can tell, I’m starting to go into the not-so-positive stuff. The coffee, for some, is a minor issue that can be overlooked. Do know that you WILL hear the Highway noise and road construction in your room. I use a sound machine and talk radio to sleep; so it didn’t bother me at all. The bigger issue was the bedding … they had feather pillows or lumpy pillows. There was no other option. I asked at the front desk for a different pillow, but it was the same experience (or they just didn’t bother to change it). The beds aren’t bad but they’re not great. The mattresses are hard under the pillow top cover, and the sheets were scratchy. My experience may be less of an issue for others. I’m the first to admit that I’m spoiled when it comes to my bed and bedding. Also, I do think they should have a hard copy of their hotel services in the room. Most of the time, the page brought up by the QR code wasn’t working. My last morning there, I worked from the hotel and had hoped to call down to the restaurant to order breakfast ahead so that I could bring it up to the room. No such luck because of the tech glitches which meant no menu. So I went down to order. The woman at the restaurant counter decided she needed to take a call on her personal phone on speakerphone because she had to make an appointment for an MRI. I am not worried about her privacy because she hollered across the lobby to every employee and guest within earshot after the call to announce it. I’m not sure if that was for my benefit to explain why she blew me off to take a call while standing in front of me or because she wanted everyone to know. What I DO know is that in a customer-facing position, your personal business, unless it’s an emergency, isn’t supposed to be handled while a customer stands there for 10 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn. We were traveling to New Orleans for Thanksgiving and wanted to break up the trip into two days. We looked at hotels in Beaumont and decided on the Hilton Garden Inn because of the location, right off I10 and we read good reviews. The lobby is bright, spacious and well decorated. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick. Our room was on the 2nd floor. It was on the smallish side but was well laid out with everything we needed. The bathroom had a largish shower stall. Would have liked more counter space, but it was sufficient. All in all, a clean, quiet room. We had a good night sleep. Please note, they do not offer complimentary breakfast. We ordered the breakfast sandwich in the morning and it was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Despite being on the highway, I heard no highway noise in my room. Two chain restaurants within walking distance. I was here on business. Would stay here again.

I haven't eaten at Denny's in years. Now I remember why. they had only one person as hostess, server, cashier. I was there for dinner but nothing on the menu appealed to me. So I ordered mile high western omelet which was a greasy mess and flat as a pancake. The beacon was wimpy small pieces. It will be another decade before i eat there again.

We absolutely loved our stay. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Tasha at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Loved the bartender and the drinks were awesome! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

This place is a joke for value. Price was over $225, and didn’t include free breakfast, which was awful a d cold for $12.95 each. The I-10 traffic noise was all night long. The side chair was extremely uncomfortable. The AC did work well, and the place was clean. I have stayed at multiple hotels In Beaumont, and so far they are all so so. I will travel farther down the road in the future.

Pros: Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice towels. Walk-in shower with good water pressure. Reasonable price - considering it was Friday night on a holiday weekend. Cons: We were on 1st floor on highway side (104) so there was a good bit of road noise. It didn't keep us awake, but light sleepers might have an issue. Hilton Garden Inn's don't serve complimentary breakfast. I knew this. Just letting others know, in case they don't read the fine print. Breakfast is available for a reasonable charge, but we opted to get breakfast elsewhere. Our walk-in shower was very narrow. A larger person might want to take a look before checking in. It could be a problem for them. Also, our shower door was installed wrong so that the inside handle was on the toilet side. Just awkward. There was a sign in the parking lot that read: GUEST PARKING USER ASSUMES ALL RISKS. Just a little disconcerting. We had so issues. Beyond that, it's a comfortable room for a reasonable price.

We booked through Chase Rewards travel service. The Hilton hotel staff are not at all empowered to deal with issues if reservation is booked through a 3rd party. Our room sounded like tent next to IH10. The staff could not even move us to another room. He had to buy a room at the. Residence Inn next door which was fine.

Enjoyed the stay. Great bar and bartender. In walking distance of several good food choices. Best Hilton stay so far this year. I would prefer that folks staying more than one night have their room service first. It took 10 minutes to perk up the room but didn't happen till around 5pm. I did ask for service the day before.

Ordering breakfast from menu I ordered bacon and eggs and toast , waitress refused and pointed to buffet and told me the toast is over there you have to make it . I told her I do not want the buffet I was ordering off the menu she again refused , I asked kitchen manager and was told that is not true and waitress was wrong
