Bear Lake Lodgings B&B, Inc

We stayed in the ‘Lakeside Suite’ for 2 nights. Comfortable and spacious accommodations, our private bathroom was just steps away. Delicious homemade breakfasts were served upstairs with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Highly recommend a stay at this warm and friendly B&B, tucked away a few minutes from downtown Seward.

Beautiful peaceful setting. Very comfortable bed. Staff was helpful and friendly. Close to Seward yet off the beaten path delightful. Good breakfast served at 730 a or 830a. Changes every day, Wish the weather was better so we would have taken a canoe out on the lake. Loved watching the eagles. Highly recommend

A very nice lodge on a beautiful lake. Quiet location and comfortable bed. Great accommodation with very friendly host. Bre and Shannon were awesome! Would recommend this lodge to anyone needing accommodation in Seward.

I had a wonderful stay at Bear Lake Lodgings! Bre was great at communicating everything about the stay. I had to leave early for work, but a to go breakfast was ready and waiting in the kitche for me. Seward is a beautiful place and I recommend Bear Lake Lodgings to anyone looking to vist.

I stayed with a group of girlfriends and we had a wonderful experience! The lodge is clean and cozy, the food was delicious and the view of the lake breathtaking. The hosts welcomed us and made us feel right at home. I’ve also stayed here in September and enjoyed paddling in the lake. A must stop (any time of year) if you’re headed to Seward!!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Bear Lake Lodgings- after a trip up to the Exit Glacier, we came in to a beautifully well kept place and a wonderful view from our room. Took the canoe out for an evening paddle and saw a family of river otters on the opposite shore having dinner. Came back to ice cream!!!! Bed was comfy, folks were wonderful and friendly (even the dogs!) and about the only concern was the elusive eagle that my husband, hard as he tried, couldn't get a good picture of (it was pretty funny- we'd be in the living room chatting and it would fly past the huge window over the lake and make circles, but he could sit on the deck with his camera for a half hour and it would disappear- until as soon as he put the camera away!) There's a Salmon Weir right up the street, the folks there were great about showing us the ladders used to make sure that just enough pairs (6000) get into the lake each spring. They were just beginning to run, and you could see them resting before they'd jump up and over (quite a sight!). We had the fun of going over just as it opened one morning and helping to rescue a fat 'ole muskrat that had gotten caught in the lift. Would recommend to everyone.
