Wow what a place! This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy. The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible! All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining. The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing. This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back

Un gran hotel, tiene todas las comodidades, excelente ubicación, Andrea nos recibió y despidió, fue muy atento y amable, lo único que pueden mejorar es tener opciones veganas como leches o yogurts para el desayuno. En general superó nuestras expectativas.

Highly recommend. I will stay here again. The view from the terrace is wonderful. Staffs are very kind. Almost perfect. Wifi is also good even though it gets unstable sometimes.

언덕길에 있지만 나쁘지 않았어요! 짐 서비스를 꼭 이용하시면 무리 없을거에요. 호텔로 가는 길도 아름다워요. 타운센터와 가까운데 합리적인 가격이에요. 마트도 가깝습니다! 그리고 모든 스텝들이 친절합니다. 조식은 간편했지만 전 만족스러웠어요. 호텔 수영장을 참 잘 사용했습니다:) 연식이 있는 호텔이지만 평화롭고 친근했어요💖

Struttura da raccomandare, praticamente al centro di Capri adiacente al Quisisana, inoltre fanno un ottima pizza e il calzone ripieno e' fantastico. Personale gentilissimo

酒店的位置很好，距離翁貝託一世廣場很近，一路上都是名牌專賣店，就是卡普里島最著名的五星級酒店隔壁。酒店的房間雖然不大，但設施齊全，竟然有一個游泳池和檸檬樹下的酒吧。酒店的大堂很大很漂亮，工作人員態度也很好。自助早餐中規中矩。三月中旬的價格實在是便宜，單人間衹要每晚九百多人民幣，據説夏天旺季房價要漲到5千人民幣。

重點先説在前面 訂的是海景豪華房 酒店直接給升級成了海景商務套房 是我們旅途中最開心的事情之一 因為套房很大窗外景色很美 而且房間是地中海風格的 真的很符合我們的預期 服務也很不錯 前台小姐姐把我們領到房間內 細心的講解所有的使用方式、遊玩路線和附近餐廳 其他工作人員也很好都很有禮貌很尊重客人 離capri中心以及奧古斯都花園都非常近 離纜車站也很近 所以位置也很好 美中不足的地方是 衞生差點意思 在廁所的坐浴盆上看到**毛髮 雖然咱中國人不用這個吧 但還挺讓人膈應的

Hotel posizionato in zona tranquilla ma centrale, panorama mozzafiato, piscina tranquilla non rumorosa e affollata. Colazione varia sia da buffet che da menù. Personale cordiale simpatico e disponibile. Per raggiungere hotel ci sono delle scale da fare o se si vuole anche una strada adiacente a via Camerelle accessibile ai disabili. Riservato

Esperia é un hotel veramente interessante: bella struttura storica, arredi d'epoca, posizione ottima, a pochi passi dalla piazzetta, vista meravigliosa sul mare, colazione fantastica nel salone o sulla terrazza vista mare con torte fatte in casa, brioches fresche e bevande calde fatte al momento, oltre a bevande fredde, frutta fresca e tanto altro. Gentilezza estrema della proprietaria, sempre presente, e della sua collaboratrice, che hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Avevo prenotato una camera standard per me e mio figlio e ho soggiornato in una doppia con letti separati, come richiesto, con terrazzo arredato vista mare! Cortesia impagabile! Prezzo ottimo, hotel da consigliare a tutti.
