I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to express my gratitude for the thoughtful services provided. The location is excellent, being very convenient to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities are especially considerate for elderly guests, with safety equipment thoughtfully installed in the toilets. This shows the hotel's commitment to guest safety and comfort, which I deeply appreciate. While the TV channel selection was somewhat limited, with no movies or Asian channels available, the overall room experience was still cozy and comfortable. I also noticed the food options leaned more towards Western and Indian styles, which were well-prepared. However, adding some Asian-style dishes, like noodles, would be a welcome addition for guests who prefer them. The welcome fruit was a lovely touch – thank you for that thoughtful gesture! It made us feel warmly received. I did notice that only one complimentary bottle of mineral water was provided, and I think having additional free bottles would enhance the stay further. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the hotel, despite the traffic congestion on the road leading to the hotel between 3-5 p.m. Thank you for a memorable experience! Trong chuyến đi Dubai lần này tôi ở 2 khách sạn, đầu tiên là khách sạn Sofitel, sau đó mới chuyển đến đây. Công bằng mà nói, chỉ xét riêng về tiện nghi phòng thì Sofitel Obelisk chiếm ưu thế, nhưng tiện nghi khác của khách sạn Atlantis chắc chắn là tốt ngang ngửa. Trước hết, bạn có thể bơi lội không giới hạn ở Water World và Lost World; thứ hai, hồ bơi ngoài trời được kết nối với bãi biển cát trắng và thậm chí còn có các cơ sở thể thao dành cho bóng rổ, tennis, bóng bàn, bóng chuyền và bi-a. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. From the reception team to those assisting with the elevators, everyone was incredibly helpful. I also had a delightful conversation with the Filipino staff, which added a personal touch to my visit. The breakfast offered was not as extensive as anticipated, but it was still enjoyable and of good quality! And the handcrafted coffee, it was a real treat compared to the usual machine-dispensed options—100/10! While it took a little time for the water to warm up in the bathrooms, the room itself was fantastic—definitely a 10/10. Balconies are locked by default for safety, but you can ask the hotel to make it available for you. Only 4-5 mins walk from Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family! Gym, pool, and sauna are available.

Good location near metro station. Walking distance to the beach 20-25 minutes or tram about 10 -15 minutes. Nice pool. Restaurant is not that good. Spirit store 20 minutes walking. Not many shops or cafe around . Generally good location for a good price but if with small children it May be complicated to get to the beach and back.
