Be CAUTIOUS making a reservation here. 1. Room cancelled; no proof. I have to show him my reservation confirmation email for him to pull the right information. 2. Wasn’t sent cancellation voicemail, text, or email 3. No any assistance and it’s 1am. We’re moving cross country, we arrived about 1245 am to check in - only to be told “ We cancelled your reservation, we’re at 100% capacity. She told me she called but phone call went to voicemail. Sorry” Front desk man rattles off a phone number and name which isn’t me. Who did they call ? If they called the correct person, what business doesn’t leave a voicemail ? He doesn’t offer help or clarify who “called” other than “she told me she called”. I show him my phone log which shows zero missed calls or voicemails. I don’t yell or anything untoward. “We’re at full capacity, sorry” 12:48am We walk to the springf***d and they’re also full, we’re leaving, BUT Leticia goes the EXTRA mile and called another close by property and they had vacancy. Took her 90 seconds at 12:50am. How Comforting
