We want you to have a wonderful experience while you are visiting, we just ask that you take care of it as you would take care of your own home. - Quiet hours after 9pm - No more that 14 guests allowed on the property (strictly enforced) - A $50 replacement fee per lost key will be assessed - If you do not return your parking pass at the time of checkout, you will be charged a fine of $25 - For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from touching or unplugging any electrical devices. A $300 fee will be applied for any violations. - The remote key for the parking lot is on the table in the living room. Please ensure you return it to the same place after your stay, as a $500 fee will be charged for any unreturned or lost remotes.
