Enjoy whipping up your favorite meals in two fully equipped kitchens designed to accommodate our large groups. With its airy layout and lush greenery, this home is perfect for families and friends looking for a peaceful retreat. On the first floor your guests will find two large bedrooms the first of which is equipped with two twin over full bunk beds and the second a private room with a queen bed. You will also enjoy a living room with a 60in TV and a sleeper sofa for one additional guest. On the second floor, you will sleep in a luxurious master bedroom complete with a king-size bed and an attached ensuite bathroom. You can also relax in the stylish family room, which boasts a 65”tv, as well as a selection of board games and plenty of books in the library. Here you will also find a comfortable cloud sectional for an additional guest. The third floor features three more bedrooms: the first bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed as well as twin-over-full bunk beds; the second bedroom features a queen-size bed as well as cozy twin bunk beds; and the third bedroom features two twin beds. With ample space and comfortable bedding, everyone is sure to have a good night's sleep. Whether you're in town for a family vacation to NYC or a work trip, our Rainforest Retreat is the perfect home away from home. We have additional air mattresses and bassinets should you need them. GUEST ACCESS You will have full private access to the entire house and backyard. You will also have a dedicated parking spot in a private parking lot on our block (a 3-minute walk). OTHER THINGS TO NOTE We have air mattresses and a bassinet should you need them (please request in advance). We are close to New York City, as such, street parking can be difficult at night. We have two dedicated free parking spots reserved for guests in a private lot around the corner of the house and can reserve additional spots for your whole group. Our home is your home while you stay with us. We want you to have a wonderful experience while you are visiting, we just ask that you take care of it as you would take care of your own home. - Quiet hours after 9pm - A $500 party fee will be assessed for any unauthorized party or event. - If you do not return your parking pass at the time of checkout, you will be charged a fine of $25 - Strictly enforced: $500 smoking fine applies; please avoid smoking in the property - The remote key for the parking lot is on the table in the living room. Please ensure you return it to the same place after your stay, as a $500 fee will be charged for any unreturned or lost remotes.
