Everyone (staff) was kind and welcoming. Thought is was nice that there was a security guard.
Wasn’t super happy about the checking in problem we had. Check in is at 4 and check out 11 but we didn’t get checked in until 5:15ish because our room wasn’t cleaned or ready. Think the check in time published should be more specific on it only starts at 4 based on your room type thing.

Check in almost 2hrs late spent most of these 2hrs standing in line trying to get rooms - the women’s bathroom / changing room in the water park is disgusting. The hand railing to get in/ out of lazy river is loose. No tubs have to wait to get one for slides or river. No towels in the waterpark.

Check in was suppose to be at 4:00. We could not get our room till 6:45. Sat around with 3 kids waiting. There was no more breakfast available at 8:45 am. No one kept the food up. Was only 1 yogurt and no water left. We did get 2 free pizzas but only after we complained multiple times. Swimming and staff in that area were awesome! Will never stay there again.

While we enjoyed our stay, it was unfortunate that the pool area and arcade close so early. We expected it to be open later so the children could enjoy it longer. The arcade was a fun option, but wasn’t working for hours at a time throughout our stay.

The rooms were great for my family of 6. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Waterpark was a hit for my kids ranging in ages from 5-13!

Room wasn’t clean, floor wasn’t even vacuumed, elevator was dirty, looked like it wasn’t vacuumed in months, hot tube in water park had a lot of sand and debris in it.

The rooms could use some updating. Dark rooms. The bedding could be nicer. Softer sheets and better pillows. There were asian beetles on the carpet. My granddaughter had an allergic reaction to the pool chlorine and my daughter had to go to Walmart at 10:00 at night to get her Benadryl. She has never had an issue with other pools. This hotel was not worth the price.

We were disappointed that the pool was not available. The property was comfortable and the staff was exceptional. The rooms were a bit dated.

The hotel was nice roomy and decent. One of the elevators was out, so it was difficult to go up and down. The Waterpark was dirty! Floor was gross, not enought tables. They hardly had any tubes to ride. The slide was rusty, no music or lights like it use to have. Hot tub was dirty on the bottom with sand. Only 2 lifeguards who didn't do much
