The worst hotel I’ve ever been to . Workers are rude , don’t want to acknowledge a problem when you tell them about it , shout and insult people , have poor Russian and English . No parking space either . Safety is 1/5 , because each balcony is located close to one another and many have barriers , however in the room we were , there was none on one side , which allows a neighbor to get in the room in the easiest way possible . Cleaning is also 1/5 . During our stay we asked them to clean our room several times , but when we got back after 8 hours , the room was still dirty . They justify it with «there are many rooms and there is a little amount of time » and dirty room isn’t a problem . Workers called us crazy for it with all the shouting and etc . Breakfast here aren’t pleasurable as well , tables are very close to each other , choice of food is awful !! Food 1/5 Service 1/5 Room cleaning 1/5 Safety 1/5 Convenience 1/5 Couldn’t enjoy my stay since I was stressed each time I was here .
