Premier Inn Bath City Centre

So incredibly disgusting. The rooms are filthy, customer service extremely poor and there was a clear lack of care within the hotel and management itself. We felt so uncomfortable staying here, but there is no point complaining to staff as you can’t speak to anyone. Please do not waste your money, you won’t get it back. We were given a room which wasn’t even cleaned, the bathroom was appalling and the condition of the room/ hotel were so disappointing. For a budget hotel you don’t expect things to be perfect, but for £238 you would at least expect it to be surface level clean. Although we were given a different room, we didn’t stay the 2 nights due feeling so uncomfortable and dirty. We were refused a refund and the staff showed little care in the standard we received. It was as if it was a common occurrence. Being a budget hotel does not excuse giving dirty/ un-cleaned rooms to guest. It’s appalling. Not to mention the staff ignoring Occurrence guests at reception while you can hear them talking to eachother around the corner.

We stayed at Premier Inn Bath City Centre for a short break and overall had a good experience. The staff were excellent – really friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The location is spot on, with everything in Bath within easy walking distance. The room itself was comfortable, the bed was great, and generally things were clean enough for a budget-friendly stay. That said, the room could do with a bit of maintenance. There was some mould in the shower and visible built-up dirt on the skirting boards, which made it feel a little run down in places. It didn’t ruin our stay, but with a bit of extra attention, the room could have been much better. Overall, a decent and convenient place to stay with great service – just in need of a refresh.

The Premier Inn is right in the heart of the city in an excellent location. It has everything you need for a short stay. Helpful friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms with wi-fi and TV. Tasty generous breakfasts. It is within easy walking distance of all of the main attractions.

I was visiting with my Daughter and we had a great stay from start to finish. The hotels location, the staff and room was perfect. Will be staying again when we're next visiting

This travel lodge is in the heart of Bath. Only a 5 minute walk from the Roman baths and Cathedral. Although no parking attached to the hotel, parking is only a short walk away.

Location excellent for town centre. BUT beware with that in mind the noise outside from rowdy night drinkers was unbelievable!!! 1st floor room (115) over looking side street. Had all windows closed and it was horrific until the early hours of Saturday morning!!! Besides that the cleanliness of the room was really poor….. yes it’s a budget hotel chain, but for £112 for 1 night, I expect it to be clean!!!! No bathroom mat to stand on either when getting out the shower, highly dangerous. Water wasn’t very hot…curtains in the room hanging off the rails…. Wouldn’t use again & would not recommend 👎
