Very nice apartment. New and well designed. Except is the noisy environment due to many night spots in near proximity. I was not affected but wife shared that noisy till about 3am.

酒店的位置非常好位於市中心但由於附近有幾間酒吧的關係，晚上非常嘈吵,每晚都要帶耳塞才能入睡.噪音大約要去到兩點幾三點先至停.洗手間沖涼嘅水壓非常之低,冬天沖涼的話會很容易着涼.洗衣機沒有乾衣功能，所以用嘅機會唔大.

房間與網上描述完全一致。很大很舒適。唯一的缺點就是你必須完全習慣網絡聯繫，而且溝通一定要及時。否則就會被拒絕入住，哪怕你已經全部付款。

這是我住酒店第一次給差評，這個酒店沒有前台，在街邊的一個門進去樓梯下有台平板要自己填一堆訊息資料非常麻煩，沒有電梯自己搬行李一步步走樓梯搬到自己樓層。奇葩的是房間沒有拖鞋，打電話問酒店送拖鞋核對了一堆訊息後半小時沒送來，我們又打給酒店，又重複核對一遍我們入住訊息叫我們等。半小時過去小孩被困到在沙發睡着。（等拖鞋上洗手間洗澡）。最後我們在四十分鐘後酒店告知我們説這邊英國的酒店都不提供拖鞋。我們一家在倫敦其他酒店人家天天提供，住過酒店的朋友都不用多説大家心知肚明什麼事了。晚上睡覺好像睡在馬路邊，因為酒店在公交車站邊。街上的人鬧到零晨兩點多。更加氣憤的事情是第二天我們吃完早餐想去看看教堂告訴酒店我們可能要晚半小時回到退房。結果酒店的回答是我們晚十分鐘就把我們的行李箱扔出去公寓外（街上路邊）住酒店真的沒受過這種氣。大家千萬千萬不要選這家灑店，這樣惡劣的服務態度酒店希望攜程能重新考核下再合作不然也是砸自己招牌。

A really good location and a nice apartment. Well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Would have been a 5 but our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3.15pm. We were swapped into another one (36) which smelled of raw onions (strange but true) However, location is great for exploring central Bath.

Tried this little space out instead of the general hotels , really enjoyed my own room with a kitchen and lounge area, felt like I was in my own flat . Easy access to bath centre of town and not too far away from a good place to eat some quality food !

Stayed in superior studio apt for 2N in April. The room was perfectly sized for 3 of us. We had enough space to walk around and keep our luggage etc. The biggest plus point of this apt is the LOCATION. Literally steps away from the Roman bath, abbey and shopping area. There is a Tesco right below the apt if you want to stock up groceries etc, and plenty of cafes and restaurants at a stone’s throw! They also have a functional kitchen which is well equipped with amenities and appliances. The only con was the check in and check out process. Had paid £10 extra (which was eventually reversed) for early check in and check out but we didn’t get it due lack of availability. Which is fine but they didn’t even intimate so we were in a flux on the day of both check in and check out. Also there is nobody in the reception area and if you want to drop your luggage then you have to do that at their office which is a 5 minute walk from the apt. The other con is the lack of elevator so if you are traveling with huge luggage or elderly people, request a room on the lower floor. But despite some of these negatives, we loved our stay and would recommend

4 of us (two couples) stayed in the penthouse on valentines day. 2 days before our visit, the host takes an additional £250 security deposit on top of what we already paid which was just under £400. I was not overly happy considering the price we have already paid in full but obviously it had to be done. Because of this security deposit I made it very clear to the host that I would be doing my own inspection of the property as soon as we arrive to ensure we would be getting the deposit back. However, upon our inspection there was A LOT of things wrong with the place considering the money. I sent a total of 11 photos of things that were wrong to the host within half an hour of arrival. But that wasn't even everything as I just wanted to enjoy our time away instead of having to check every single damaged thing. Some of these things included a broken window being held up by a towel, water leak marks on most of the ceilings, a leak from the roof top velux, cracked/chipped cupboards, chewing gum on a picture frame, a cigarette burn hole in a chair (which if they smell smoke when you depart this will cost an additional £150 on top. Which is fair enough but I'm sure its at the hosts discretion), the shower tray doesn't hold the water so that leaks, hair in the shower. The other couple couldn't sleep due to a constant dripping noise from god knows where. The hot tub was the main reason for our visit. With 360 views of Bath, it was beautiful, there was no real issue there. However, when I walked around the hot tub to be able to remove the cover, I fell through the decking. This piece of decking was simply just placed within secure pieces so you would never see it. So beware of that! Again we were made aware there was no lift but not told how tall the building actually was, so if you have respiratory issues please be aware. All in all, the stay was fine! But I wouldn't pay that kind of money again knowing I'm at risk of an additional £400 if they so wish to take it from you. And purely because of the standard I was expecting, it just didn't cut it really.

Great apt. Very convenient location. Appreciated the toiletries, big fluffy towels, coffee/tea. Bit if a faff to check in as the door wouldn't open but felt secure at night being alone. The apt was beautifully clean and well equipped. All in all great find!

The apartment was tiny. The pull our bed was just awful…. So uncomfortable. Pillow’s awful. Noisy …. The shower leaked. I slipped and fell . We put a bad review on trip advisor. We were asked by the owner to remove them before he would give us a refund. Totally unacceptable and corrupt…. Please don’t waste £400 for a two night stay.

Everything was amazing! Perfect location, the apartment was lovely and the staff was always so friendly, attentive and helpful! The service was outstanding! Totally recommend it! It was an incredible experience! Looking forward to coming back!

I can’t express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment enough with the unacceptable level of customer service I recently received from Westgate Hiding Space Apartments. I had the unfortunate encounter with one of the customer service representatives, Theo, who displayed a shockingly rude and unprofessional demeanor throughout communications. I was appalled by the complete lack of respect and disregard for my concerns regarding the unnecessary request for a large deposit to be paid immediately. As a result of this incident, I have serious reservations about considering these apartments for myself or friends in the future. I am left questioning whether this company values its customers at all. I expect a thorough investigation into the conduct of Theo and appropriate disciplinary measures to be taken.
