Hotel room is so clean and service is great too. The buffet spread at breakfast was amazing!! Highly recommended!

I have been staying with Hotel Santika Batam almost every month. Big Room, Clean, Friendly Crew really make me feel homely in Batam. It is walking distance from Batam Center Ferry Terminal and Batam Mega Mall. It's also easy to grabcar or grabike around from Santika Batam.

A great hotel right next to the pier. The view of the breakfast on the 11th floor is beautiful, the swimming pool is clean, the bed in the room is big and comfortable, everything is satisfactory! Will stay again!

Overall, my stay at Hotel Santika Batam was pleasant. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, upon entering the room, there was a strange odor—likely from the recent renovations. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a scrumptious variety that left a great impression. That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. The shower was problematic, as the water temperature fluctuated constantly between hot and cold, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower. Additionally, the hotel only provides one room key card, which controls both the electricity in the room and access to it. This lack of an extra card was inconvenient, especially when stepping out to collect food or attend to errands, as it left the room without power. In summary, while the stay was generally comfortable, a few issues with the shower and room card policy could be improved for a better guest experience.

Cosy Room yet an awesome Hotel. Rooftop Breakfast Buffet was awesomely delicious, varieties to spreads, indoor & outdoor view of the sea, city. Atmosphere By e Batam Ferry center with awesome view from rooftop. Staffs Very Friendly, attentive & accomodative staffs & the owner was there with very positive vibes. Price Reasonable & Affordable Transport - 5min walk from Batam Ferry Facilities - Pool, Gym, RoOftop Breakfast dining - In front the Dataran, Museum, Mosque - View of Welcome Batam sign board

Clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend to others who need a cozy place to stay in Batam.

The room is in good condition but the breakfast is just so so. If you're a food hunter, suggest you to go out and eat instead

Nice and good staff, location good. gym small, pool ok, but tining not good, need to extend during night time, currently until 6pm only, for us business traveller not enoigh time.

Not recommended. That's it. the price on the application is different from the actual, online orders are given a different room to the actual, really disappointing the room is narrow and small for that price there are still many better hotels in Batam. so far I can only give

Stayed for 2 night(s) 🗓️ February 03, 2025 → February 05, 2025 & as per booking made should be accomodated with 1 queen bed room for 2 nights but unfortunately we as your couple guests were given a double bed room (2 single beds!??)

A pleasent stay was greeted by their staff with a warm welcome & staff very friendly would like to Thank Pak Niki, Pak Jeffri , Lendra & staff keep up the good work. Will definately vist again soon. Tq
