"Vista Tala is nested on Mt. Natib, in Bgy. Tala, Orani, Bataan. The rooms are okay, there is hot and cold water. Toiletries and bottled water are provided. Bringing food entails corkage fee but they have a restaurant, which opens a bit late, at 7 am. The breakfast is not buffet-style. Even I, who eat a little, is not satisfied. The staff are nice. One can only rely on their wi-fi to communicate with the outside world. Sadly, signal is weak in our room, so I have to go to the hallway."

"Located in a neighborhood of dirt roads, but it is is well marked, we never felt unsafe even though we were conspicuous tourist arriving late at night, and the property itself is walled & gated. Absolutely no communication/response with anyone from the property despite our multiple attempts to contact before hand to inform of delays & late arrival. However, the couple were ready to open the gate for us within minutes of our arrival, were welcoming & helpful, and provided a WhatsApp contact on arrival and were responsive to our messages during our stay. "Very clean... I think the CR is cleaned every hour. I guess the only downside is that (if I am not mistaken) there is only 1 toilet per floor. Room is comfy. There is a microwave and water dispenser. Board games available for those who want to pass the time. TV has many streaming services. Highly recommended."

"2nd time to go here with the family and it always offers the peace you'd be looking for and cannot find in other resorts. The place is secluded and perfect for those who really want to just have the time off - doesn't matter if you're a couple, a barkada, a family, or even a backpacker/solo traveler. This place is so serene and everywhere you look, you'll find its oneness in nature. The accommodations are both imbibing the nature and modernity. You might just find mosquitos especially if your room/accommodation is nearby the plants and trees but given the place's nature, it's quite expected. So, just be prepared with a repellant or lotion to save yourself from mosquito bites. Again, the place is great and truly fascinating; however, the food (menu selection) in their restaurant is somewhat limited. Nothing special. I hope that they work on improving the food as it adds up to the experience in the cove. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and will still be back in this place."

"We booked last minute during Holy Week and was pleasantly surprised to have discovered this place. Initially thought we had just booked 1 room with a common area with other guests but it was actually the entire place with complete kitchen, living and dining room with a huge balcony and 2 full bathrooms. It doesn’t have any other amenities yet but heard they are in the works to construct more rooms, a gym and a pool in the building beside it. It was also such a welcoming treat to have an elevated Filipino restaurant downstairs where we had dinner on both nights. Just note that it opens late at 9am-10am so if you intend to have early breakfast, that won’t be the place for you. Best to just cook in the apartment 👍🏼"
