Art House Basel - Member of Design Hotels

Great hotel, very friendly staff, great breakfast, clean room.

房間本身還可以，地理位置可以。但是因為沒有空調晚上還是有點悶熱，可以找前台借電風扇，戴森的，但是沒遙控器，風速最大吵的狠。預訂前看到有提供牙刷但是沒有。重點是找牙刷的時候發現兩副耳塞！好奇的很為啥酒店提供這個，很好晚上就知道了。那個叫吵的呀，樓上是酒店的酒吧兼早餐廳，不是在挪桌椅的聲音就是在放音樂，更可怕的是酒店所在的前後兩條街酒吧營業，各種聲音，音樂，尖叫、吼叫… 凌晨4:30還沒結束，瘋了，除了小孩還能睡着大人沒想了。吃了安眠葯都沒用。極度不推薦這家。

Das Hotel liegt perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Service und Ausstattung sind ausgezeichnet! Wir waren sehr begeistert und zufrieden.

酒店房間很大，床很舒服，有露台，冰櫃裏面東西全部免費喝的，這點很贊，服務人員態度很好的，很不錯的一間酒店！

房間寬敞，設計佈置舒適，有免費Minibar。早餐精心準備，工作人員友善。位於中心地段，晚上會有些微的Party 音樂聲。

The hotel is at a very good location. Most of the sightseeing spots are within walking distance. Otherwise, stations are just few minutes away. Room looked the same as the website, simple and stylish, more importantly it was clean. Staffs were very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend

Rooms are small as is typical in Europe Front desk staff were wonderfully helpful I love having a hotel that's in a neighborhood. Out our door were restaurants, bars, shops and great people watching. And three blocks from a great farm market. Roof top restaurant/bar was great for breakfast and happy hour

We had a terrific stay at Art House Basel. It is a beautiful, modern hotel, with a great staff. Chris, at the desk, was very helpful. The breakfast, which was included, was wonderful, and held in the 6th floor bar/breakfast room. My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about Art House Basel. Our spacious, beautifully designed room was an upgrade…definitely the largest and most comfortable in our travels to five Swiss cities.

Art House Basel was a great hotel, room service breakfast was well organised and always prompt, the room was comfortable, clean and luxurious, the location super convenient for tonnes of activities, and in particular Chris from reception was always helpful and informative and kind. If you're a woman travelling alone note that the rooms don't have peep holes so you can't check who's knocking, and there's no safety catch you can put on the door either, which may or may not be an issue, but as the elevator and stair access is open to the street, it's worth noting... however Switzerland is very safe and I didn't feel at risk because of those details.
