Awful awful hotel. No one works here and we had to walk to another hotel to check in. No lifts and the most uncomfortable pillows on the planet. The hotel should be avoided at all costs. The bathroom was tiny and looks like a toilet on a train. Small with sliding doors that don’t shut properly and when you shower the entire room becomes soaking wet. Loads of noise from the street below and loud music all night

We needed a stop over from a long drive home. This was ideal for a bed and shower. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The only issue was self checkin which didn't work and we had to walk to the next hotel to gain the access codes to the rooms.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und getrennte Bett.

Einfach und sauber. Self Check-In. WLAN Code funktionierte nicht.

Das Hotel ist sehr günstig- entsprechend Lieblos schauts auch aus... Heizungsabdeckung hängt durch, Zimmer sehr eng& Farbgestaltung die dem Auge keine Freude macht- nur zum einen Schlafplatz zu haben ok- Urlaub möchte ich hier nicht machen.

Kleines mit dem nötigen eingerichtetes, sauberes, günstiges und praktisches Zimmer. Gerne wieder.

Schade das die self Checkin Anlage noch nicht in vollem Betrieb ist, der rest wahr perfekt

All was as expected until, in the middle of the night when me and my girlfriend had some fun another Double Booked Room Person walked in he was as surprised as we were from his looks. We never saw him again in our room. So except this it was basic, functional and cheap.

Die Lage des Hotels war Ideal, in nähe dem Messareal und einfach mit ÖV erreichbar. Ich bekam ein Baselcard beim Ein-checken und konnte während meines Aufenthalts gratis mit ÖV in der Stadt bewegen. Mein Zimmer war auf die Strassenseite und sehr lärmig. Der Abfalleimer im Badezimmer wurde nicht geräumt und war voll, NO GO für ein Hotel.

The upgrade to 2 single bed instead of 1 double bed was a downgrade.

Sehr einfache Unterkunft mit günstiger Lage zur Messe und direkte Verbindung mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind laut; die zwar vorhandene Jalousie war nicht zu benutzen. Die Nasszelle war klein, aber weitgehend sauber. Der Preis für die Unterkunft ist vergleichsweise hoch, aber angesichts der generell hohen Preise in Basel gerade noch akzeptabel. Ein Blick in andere Zimmer des Hotels erweckte den Eindruck, als ob die über eine Plattform gebuchten Räume besonders einfach sind ...

Really uncomfortable beds and pillows, could not sleep much. Also quite a lot of noise from the street and also the hallway. Would not recommend staying here unfortunately. The location is good though. And the staff was friendly. Better beds and isolation and I would have rated it
