This apartment is private and there are no shared spaces whatsoever, although you may encounter other guests in the driveway. The main home and tiny home have separate parking locations. A 4WD OR ALL WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE IS REQUIRED DURING WINTER MONTHS due to unpaved mountain roads. This home has air conditioning in the main living area and the bedroom and bathroom can be cooled if the doors remain open. This home does not have cable, however, Netflix and Hulu Plus are complimentary. 2 parking spaces are available in driveway. A Pack-n-Play is available for your use. Guest packages cannot be mailed to this home as they are routed to a parcel locker that only owners are able to access. Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59.
