Nestled within the White Mountains, Eagle Ridge is a beautiful private condo community with seasonal pool and tennis courts, cross country skiing, and a view that is like no other. The Condo is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (see description below). Condo also includes full kitchen, living/dining area, private deck, and washer/dryer located in the condo The Master bedroom is a suite with walk in closet and private bathroom. This is a 2nd floor unit with updated flatscreen televisions (Living room and 2 bedrooms), Blu-Ray/DVD player, Cable TV, & WIFI. Master Bedroom: Sleeps 2 with Queen Bed. Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2 with Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Sleeps 4 with 2 sets of Bunks (twin beds) (Sheets and Towels not provided) The condo is seasonally air conditioned: Each of the 3 bedrooms has a 10,000 BTU portable air conditioning unit that vents to the outside. Each unit can cover 400 SQ FT of area. The Portable Air Conditioning model is Honeywell MN10CES. These units are stored in the condo and will be put in place for the summer months. The White Mountains region of New Hampshire has it all. The condo is just minutes away from skiing, hiking, swimming areas, great dining, and of course... outlet shopping. For the Kids: Story Land is just 12 minutes away. Sant'a Village and Clarks Trading Post are just 1 hour away. For the Skier: Cranmore Mountain and Attitash are within 15 minutes of the condo. It's less then an hour to Bretton Woods, Wildcat, and Black Mountain. Slightly over an hour to ski at Sunday River, ME! About pets:No pets allowed.Strict no pet policy.
