Travelodge Cardiff Airport

What a delightful hotel this was, Chris interacted with us many times and his customer service was excellent, made us feel like we were family, the room was absolutely spotless, the housekeeping staff must work so hard here, it was quiet, and our bed was very comfortable, free parking on site and we also had Toby carvery next door, thank you Chris

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. I arrived as a solo female traveller at a time of their shift change. They introduced themselves and explained the times of the next 2 shift changes and the names of who would be on. They explained that they put polo female travellers in ground floor accomodation wherever possible and that there is an additional security door that only those guest on the ground floor can open. Essentially giving solo female traveller additional price of mind They then also explained that if for any reason I did not want to go to reception (ie to ask for more towel, or collect a hair dryer) I could ring reception and they would bring it to me. Room was very clean, bed comfortable and shower powerful enough to wake me in the morning. Toby carvery is the other side of the car park.

Excellent service received. A very warm welcome from the gent on reception. Was very informative. Wanted to wmsire we had everything we needed. Showed us to our room. Thank you
