Buen servicio . Buena ubicación . Habitación limpia . El desayuno bastante bien . Deberían mejorar el servicio del restaurante en la noche .

Las habitaciones muy buenas. No tenía café y agua de cortesía 🙄🫣 como en la mayoría de los hoteles. El buffet de desayuno muy regular.

The staff is poorly trained, they don’t know how to treat customers or solve problems they caused.
Hotel is nice and have good amenities, across the street is a nice mall.

This is my second time around staying at this property and i have nothing bad to say, they are all doing an excellent job. Keep up the good work Dann Carlton,how about a discount next time around

Have stayed at this property many times before in the originally tower. This time we were in the new tower, and I must say I was very disappointed. I thought it would be in a great condition and it was not room was large since we had a sweet with a corner balcony, room 343. The bathroom was very small and very poorly finished. Ceiling was all stained and the finishes were not good. The service at the lobby was also disappointing. We have always had a great experience here and not sure what happened this time. We have 5 rooms for the occasion, and I recommended this hotel for the other guests from other countries, wish it would have gone better.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Staff was courteous & attentive to our needs. Location is great. There’s a mall across the street & several shopping plazas close by that have pharmacies, bars, restaurants & 24 hr convenience store. Hotel property is very clean. Rotating bar has a spectacular view of the city it’s definitely a must try. One of the negatives is that this hotel has several banquet halls. Hotel had an event every single night during our stay & we heard the music in our room till 3am every night. Second negative is the breakfast buffet is very disorganized. You are not allowed to serve your own food which is inconvenient because there were only 2 employees serving breakfast at buffet so line was extremely long. When buffet ran out of a food item same employee serving guests also had to go back to kitchen and get a brand new tray of food to replenish what was finished. This made getting breakfast a lot longer than expected. There was also 1 waiter serving drinks to all tables at breakfast restaurant. I asked for a coffee which took long to get. There was no sugar or spoons at table so I had to flag down waiter to ask for sugar & never got, so I had to get up check every table to see where I can grab sugar from. My parents were born & raised in Barranquilla. I was born & raised in the US. As someone who has the best of both worlds & knows both cultures well I am giving my honest opinion. When reading reviews I like to know where people writing reviews are from.

Picked this hotel over two other newer hotels in area only because it is across the street from Buenavista Mall, where
you will find entertainment of ****** and diverse eating restaurants. Thus, no need for taxis which are inexpensive, but then must deal with excessive traffic. Surprised how great the lobby looked. Also had couple drinks in bar. Prices were fair with margaritas of 8.00. But, if you are price conscious, 5.00 Margaritas can be found in Mall (Believe is Tue Special lol). Over all, I would stay again at the Dann and recommend.
