It is centrally located off exit 6 for all of your Cape adventures. 4/5 bedrooms are located on the second floor as are both full baths so we can not accommodate guests with mobility limitations involving stairs. There is central air conditioning on the second floor and 3 mini splits on the 1st floor (kitchen, bedroom and living room). Sleeping accommodations include, 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twin, 1 full/double, 2 full size cribs and 1 pack n' play. We have a whole house water filtration system (Clean Water Filter Co.) effective against CFOs and other ground water contaminants so no need to tote pallets of bottled water with you. Trash pickup is on Wednesdays please ensure garage doors are is clear for company to access bins. There is a “working” barn cat that resides in the garage. Dogs are restricted from this space. There is an active honeybee hive on the far corner of the property.
