Excellent value for money. Clean, tidy room with all necessary items available. Friendly staff. Excellent inclusive breakfast. Tea and coffee in room.Lovely comfy bed and duvet. Not cluttered with excessive furniture. Would certainly book again!

We stayed overnight as we were cycling in the area and treated ourselves to a Superior King Size room. The room was fantastic with a large modern bathroom and spacious bedroom area with all the facilities you might want, fridge included, tea, coffee etc. At night the bar downstairs is lively with a mix of guests and holidaymakers from elsewhere. After a few night time drinks it was nice to be able to retire upstairs to our room. All the staff are lovely and the breakfast was too with a great choice Will definitely return

We love Barmouth and visit a couple of times a year. We stayed at the Timan for the first time at the beginning of November for the fireworks. We had such a good time that a few days after we returned, we booked to come back in March! The Tilman is stylish, comfortable, well maintained, clean and hosted by the fabulous Nadine. All the staff were really friendly and helpful but Nadine goes the extra mile. After we checked out on our first visit, I'd left my phone charger in the room. Later that morning, Nadine spotted us walking past, grabbed the charger and ran to find us. She found us in a shop further down the road and handed us the charger! What a star!! I can't leave a review without mentioning the breakfast...amazing!! Really easy going with cereal, juice, pastries etc. My husband prefers warm milk on his cereals and that was no trouble. We both followed up with full cooked breakfast. The best we've had anywhere in the world! When we come to Barmouth, we'll always keep coming back to the Tilman. Thanks to Nadine and the team!

An absolutely lovely place to stay, the room was stylish, spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean, the bathroom once again was very well appointed with excellent water pressure. Breakfast on both days was fresh and delicious and the staff were genuinely lovey and always very happy. When visiting in high season the private car park makes this property a great choice. We made use of the bar and enjoyed some really lovey cocktails from the extensive menu. We booked direct on their website and found the rooms to be slightly cheaper than on other booking sites.
