10 © "Best resort ever" Great resort Full of facilities, one of the best staycation for families & couples, special thanks and recognition to Mr. Charles for his excellent hospitality, great welcoming and attention, super! Animation was amazing on weekend, gym, pool party new addition, watersports and waterpark, reception team very helpful, food is good and prices is reasonable, breakfast very good , italian restaurant la dolce vita was very good, The cafe need more organization specially shisha, thank you barcelo team, Special thanks for Mr. Charles Kurban & reception team.

We used to stay here in between,... .but this time room service was very poor.. every time we call requesting every thing tooth brush, water, bath towel, toilet towel, tissue, slippers, and the boy is coming very late .. Before we stayed and everything was in the room..this time..nothing . Only 2 water... and if calling the boy will.come fast no delay. Receptionists thanks alot they did great job. Breakfast this time also no continental like before..

Beach and swimming pool were good The resort is old and and they did not renew it Old -not comfortable Mattress and pillows Room was not clean Hair and dust everywhere

It was a bad experience in this hotel. From the beginning I booked 1 night by my name for 2 guests, I called the hotel if I can change the booking for another guests name and they just told me that I cannot because it is under my name. So, I did another booking with my friends name. In the hotel it took them 45 minutes to do check in. Also when I booked the hotel I called them to ask about the facilities we can use (sauna, tennis, and golf). The hotel staff told me it is open and we can use it but, the time my friend went to check those (sauna, tennis, and golf) it was closed. The room was so small. My friend asked for ashtray and it took the room service almost an hour to bring it after 2 calls to the reception.

Breathtaking beach front resort I would like to visit every month as my family really likes it specially with new water activity for both adults and kids so nice. Food was delicious and they have New Italian restaurant which makes me attractive as I'm Italian food lover and buffet dinner also good with Arabic & Indian touch. Cool and friendly staff always attentive for help. Many thanks to chef Redde I ranked this resort 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an amazing lunch at Mydan and a spectacular dinner at La Dolce Vita, both highlighted by the wonderful service provided by Rhoan, who truly enhanced our dining experience. The breathtaking view from our balcony added to the charm of our stay. Overall, our experience was simply amazing.

It's a 5 stars resort Rooms are spacious and modern. Beds and pillows are comfy and super clean. Bathroom amenities are provided (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc..) The resort is huge and has facilities for each one of your family. 5 separate pools (for kids, family and adults), mini golf area. Some water slides for everyone to enjoy. Beach is clear and clean with a soft sand. And not to forget the gym that operates 24/7. In addition to the massage , sauna, and jacuzzi facilities. Plenty of free parking / most of them are shaded by tent or trees. Staff are welcoming and friendly, including every person I met (housekeeping, roomservice, life guards, receptionist and all the others who smiled with small greeting while passing by) they all added unforgettable experience to my stay and not to forget the reservation team (Mrs. Hajer) who was very professional and advised me with the right room that fits my needs. She gave me a very positive feeling about the resort before I even arrived. Last and not least, you will be lucky if you have the chance to meet Mr. Charles who has a very warm welcome smile from the moment he meets you. He and all his team are attentative, helpful, and welcoming. I had the most enjoyable stay at Barcelò Musannah Resort. I can't wait to be back and stay longer. Definitely recommended

First, we have a good reception from all the hotel staff, and the most professional receptionist specialised. The employee Charles was very nice and good in dealing and behaviour was very welcome to us, which makes the feeling that you are already at home. Second, expressing excellent services. All services are available and there is no problem in the services. They only lack a pharmacy inside the hotel, but this does not reduce the level of the hotel in a third thing. Swimming pool services, whether from rescuers or from cleanliness, or from the concerns of the cafeteria, real comfort and luxury in dealing. As for the restaurant, the food was excellent and the atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful, but this makes you eat a lot. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend it to everyone.

Fabulous people with anything is possible attitude. Fitness, Spa, pool areas together with a mixture of traditional and international cuisine made my holidays perfect! There are multiple trips to discover Omani nearby too.
