Hotel is Avarage.Check in is very smoothly.Food also very nice.But Delivery time is very long.And Room service people behavior is not Good.Housekeeping service are excellent,But no slipper in the room.Housekeeping lady behaviour is very good,Front office staff and lady security is very polite and very helpfull.Thank you so much.

I recently booked 40 rooms at this hotel for my wedding guests, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Each and every guest was delighted with the exceptional service and warm hospitality provided by the hotel staff. The rooms were spacious, impeccably maintained, and offered a high level of comfort. A special mention to the General Manager, Mr. Suman, who went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly for my wedding. His cooperation and attention to detail were remarkable, and it made the entire experience stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a special event or looking for a memorable stay. It exceeded all expectations!

I was on a trip to Burdwan and my stay for the night was at Hotel R J. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. The room had all the toiletries and the bed was very comfortable. Bedsheet was very neat and clean and the room just had the comfort of a home. Breakfast was buffet and we even had South Indian food like Dosa made to order. Would like to specifically mention that the breakfast was very tasty, wholesome and had a lot of variety. The checkin and checkout process was very smooth and special mention needs to be made of Mr. Anup Sadhu at the reception who ensured that we did not have to wait lat all for our room. He ensured that we had a smooth and fast checkin. A definite five star for the room service as well as overall comfortable stay. Highly recommended!!!

Great hospitality by the staff who are extremely courteous and helpful. Seema and Shreeza were exceptionally efficient. in managing the restaurant and the bar. The food quality was very good specially the non vegetarian staters. Whatever the hotel lacked in terms of amenities was more than adequately made up by the courtesy and eagerness to help.

Excellent ambience and top quality food. Employees are well behaved. Overall very good experience. Location is also convenient and easy to commute. Will definitely recommend others to visit this restaurant. Will be looking forward to visit this place very soon

The quality and the food was great and amazing with the ambience especially Sima and soumen were great and enjoyed being there.. hope we again visit there and have a stay.. couldn't get a better assit than Sima who helped us through out the way
