酒店沒有前台，需提前聯繫酒店付款税費才能獲得入酒店和房間的密碼。入住手續必須通過郵件按照指示自己錄入。另外酒店無法寄存行李，提供了巴塞市區自助寄存的服務點，需要額外付款費用。除此之外，其它都非常滿意。房間很大，一樓的院子超級大，離地鐵站不是很遠，旁邊還有個大型超市。

酒店公寓為無人櫃檯⋯預定後需要上網check in, 登入護照資訊，自拍頭像等，然後酒店會傳給你付稅金的付款連結，必須付款成功後他們會傳送大門與房屋號密碼給你！可能對英文不太好的朋友需注意，提前連繫以避免入住發生問題！其餘ㄧ切都很好！房間很新！

房間位置很好 自助入住很方便

난 예약하고 돈까지 다 낸 상태였지만 , 호텔측은 나에게 당일 저녁 내가 들어가려고 할 때까지 아무것도 ,정말 그 어떤 링크도 보내지 않았다. 내 이메일 함엔 오로지 트립닷컴에서 나에게 보낸 예약 확인 영수증만 있었다. 온라인 체크인이나 세금 내는 링크도 못받았다. 호텔 로비 입구에있는 키패드의 비밀번호 4자리도 주지 않아서 난 배터리가 6%인 상태로 영어도 잘 못하는데 연결상태도 안좋은 전화를 걸어서 입구 비밀번호를 알려달라했지만, 직원은 일단 이메일을 달라고 해서 내 이메일을 하나하나 다 불러야 했다. 예약자를 검색하면 이메일이 안뜨는건가? 답답했다 z - like zebra,o- like orange,n- like nueve... 이런식으로 3번은 부른 끝에 온라인 체크인 링크를 받았지만 여전히 내 예약은 검토중에 있었고, 내 방을 알 수 없었다. 내 방을 알아내기 위해 호텔 1층 로비에서 충전하면서 계속 전화를 했다. 하지만 직원들 말은 늘 똑같았다. “너가 받은 링크에 있을거야” 이봐.. 난 아무 링크도 못받았다고.. 수많은 전화끝에 간신히 내 말을 이해하는 직원이 링크를 보냈고 난 방을 알아냈다. 그런데 또 문제 발생ㅋㅋㅋㅋ;;😤 방 입구 키패드의 비밀번호 digit code 8자리를 모른다.ㅋㅋㅋ 아니 진짜 내가 개고생해서 얻어낸 직원이 보낸 링크에 들어가도 하나도 알수 없었고 , 나왔던 것만 계속 나왔다. 그리고 마침내 내 예약은 여전히 Your checked-in is being reviewed 라고 뜨는걸 해결해준 직원 덕분에 비밀번호를 알아냈다. 난 최대한 침착하게 해결하고 싶었지만 계속 눈물이 나왔다. 내가 있던 층에 숙박하는 스페인사람들,관광객들이 나와서 날 쳐다봤다.. 날 진심으로 걱정하던 스페인 여자들도 있었다. 난 정말 바르셀로나 첫째 밤에 저녁도 먹고 구경하고 싶었는데 이 미친 호텔이 내 예약을 빨리 확정하지 않고 링크를 안보내는 바람에 첫째날 저녁을 완전히 망쳤다. 기분이 최악인 상태로 잠에 들었다. 난 3시간 넘게 연결상태 안좋은 전화를 20번 넘게 걸었고, 걸때마다 다른 사람이 받는바람에 했던 말을 계속 해야했다. 무인호텔은 혼자 여행하는 외국인에게 최악임. 그리고 체크인 전이나 체크아웃 이후에 잠깐 짐을 맡아줄수도 없음

Its a great place to stay but we had problem with communication. There is no staff for check in. So make sure you you pay the tx fee before your stay. Otherwise, you cant enter the building.

It's a three star hotel (not four star as advertised). And there is no reception (which I didn't catch from the listing but it may have been my oversight). But other than that everything went well and I was able to get in pretty easily. The room was clean and modern and had a lovely balcony.

Everything was great, beyond my expectations. Super clean building and the room is perfectly made. I didn’t like the pillows, but it’s due to my personal needs and prefers. Highly recommend this place!

Great quiet, convenient hotel. Very clean and great towels and shower. Felt safe and secure. Updated and modern. Restaurants around. Easy and convenient to get to a cab and family close to Sagrad Familia.
