Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Hotel is clean, comfortable and is located in the heart of Barcelona shopping district. It is within walking distance to La Rambla, Gothic Quarters and El Born. The hotel is also next to Casa Batllo and nearby to Casa Mila. It is less than 10 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya which has an express bus to and from the Barcelona airport. Very convenient! It is close to multiple metro stations, shops, department stores, food and bars. The price is a little steep but it was a great stay nonetheless.

4nights stay in the hotel rated itself as 5-star where we find that is was overrated. The hotel itself is definitely on the super great location just few minute walk from famous attraction point- Casa Batlló. Very convenient for shopper and easy access to other spot of attractions. The only one thing un-satisfactory on our stay is the centralized Air-conditioning system. We went on the cold season and the AC system was set on providing hot air in room only. Make complain to front desk and manage to off the hot air system but the best can do is switch to ventilation mood as there is no cold air option. Even so, our room was still hot and ended up we was slept with windows open so at least it was cooling at night but here come the problem of mosquitos enter to our room. Apart from point above, our stay are still consider good and hopefully the management could look into the issue.

就在巴特羅之家隔壁，位置超好，就在感恩大道上，逛街很方便 陽台特別有感覺，性價比很高。放假很大，大開兩個大箱子完全沒問題。 下次還會入住

位置非常好，到巴特羅之家3分鐘，米拉之家10分鐘，感覺有點類似公寓酒店，酒店很新房間很大，服務不錯

我對這個酒店非常的不滿意！ 在我辦理離店的當天，我意識到了自己的Hoka拖鞋遺失在了桌子的下方，當即到前台溝通。前台以客人已經入住為理由拒絕幫忙尋找。在我一再堅持下，説會去溝通。由於我是第二天一早的飛機離開，不得已先離開了酒店。在我離店後，一直在網上跟酒店溝通，酒店工作人員説會和同事溝通，自此以後不了了之！

酒店位置很好 哈哈 因為買什麼都很方便 有個小陽台可以拍拍照 樓下有超市 附近都是餐吧 順便看的歐洲盃 衞生還是很好的 住了10天 每一天收拾的都很乾凈 走到海邊也不遠 15分鐘左右 期待下次入住

창문이 없다시피한 정말 작은 방으로 배정이됐어요 ㅠ 너무 답답해서 방을 바꿔줄 수 있느냐 추가 요금을 더 내겠다고했는데 방이 없어서 못바꿔준대요 그런데 트립 닷컴이나 다른 예약사이트에서는 다 방이 있다고 나와서 의아했어요... 정말 깨끗하긴한데.. 25만원에 창문없는 방은 좀 아닌거같아요 ㅠ

很滿意，我們的房間帶一個小陽台，很喜歡呀

雙床房很大，衞生間巨大還能通風，床墊也很好睡，但是因為陽台房在感恩大道路邊，噪音很大，不適合耳朵靈驗的人。但是服務熱情，有露台餐廳，還有觀景露台。建議預訂庭院內景觀的房間，安靜愜意😌

整體很好，周邊購物，去巴特羅、米拉之家都非常方便，腿着去就行。酒店兩邊都有地鐵入口，交通也不錯。

住過最垃圾的酒店，必須下午四點之後入住，11點就要退房，早上一直有打掃衞生的人敲門，隔音很差很差，Trash
