This hotel is a transportation superstar, boasting a nearby metro station and bus access, making quick trips to Plaza de Catalunya and Plaza de Espanya effortless, all while enjoying the peace of a non-crowded neighborhood with a handy supermarket across the street. While the desks and floors are noticeably old, the bathroom is in great, usable condition. The breakfast meets the reliable standard of a chain hotel, but the lack of slippers during cold weather is a must-fix for comfort. Great location, good access, needs cozy footwear!

It was a great stay overall. The staffs were really helpful and friendly. We felt like home there. On our check-in date, although we were there for an early check-in, the staff assisted our check-in in a really welcoming and friendly manner. I would like to write a thanks message to her, the long hair female staff on the day of our check-in. She was very accommodative to our requests and super helpful. Two thumps up to her. And also the staff that helped us to get a bowl for our noodles😭😭 so touched haha They deserve the best compliments and treatments ever. They made our stay super comfortable,safe, and homely. I would love to stay here in the future again🤍🫶🏻🫶🏻 This should be the standard of all 4 star hotel assistants and services!!! Also, it was clean and well-located.

The reception misleading us the stays Are you including the breakfast? When we check out the reception charges? The breakfast? We have confirmed it with the reception and the restaurant manager three times which they check the record is including breakfast so we do not go to the coffee shop round the corner of the hotel to have our breakfast Which is more cheaper than the hotel So when you live in this hotel, beware of the charges

Fantastic location, local restaurants, cafe, gatherings etc.
Close to Metros & supermarket.
Mercure hospitality is excellent, consistent with Mercure fountenblue. Staff have splendid demeanor.
I requested a double bed, which was granted.
Breakfast, healthy & conscientious choice of dishes.
Orange juice & tortilla is top tier.

It’s a really good spot to stay at but the room has really bad noise blocking between rooms as morning you might hear constructions happening and people stumping on the floor overall this price is okay but it could be better

Quiet neighbourhood but close enough to walk to diagonal, around 15-20mins. Although walls were a bit thin, you can hear the noises from the corridor and adjacent rooms as well as the room above. It would be better if they carpeted the floor of the rooms so the noise is reduced. But overall still a great location and value.

Hotel service is not so good, nobody can help to solve the problem, such as the Wi-Fi and the TV, and very noisy for every morning 😥

Friendly services. Clean hotel. 5 minutes walk to the closest station. A few cafes and tapas restaurants are available around the location.

Perfect suite for 3pax to stay as a family. Decent location with 3-4mins walk to metro, supermarkets and cafes are nearby.
