Clean room and quiet space. Looptop Swimming pool is cozy and nice. Highly recommended.

We found baby cockroaches in our hotel room. We requested to switch rooms, but there were none available. The hotel staff was great, they switched us to another hotel which was better

superb location, cleanliness and reception. They are very welcoming and accommodating as well as being there 24/7. The room itself is such a gem considering the price and would totally stay here again!

High standards & I received an excellent welcome. Housekeeping is outstanding. I was given an early check in without asking & that was greatly appreciated. Breakfast is VERY good & I highly recommend it. Location is in the Gothic Quarter & it is ideal for a first time visit to Barcelona. There is a cafe & barista on the ground level & pastries & fresh orange juice in the morning. My room was small but had all I needed for my stay & the mini fridge was nice to have The bed was really comfy & there were black out curtains so you can sleep in after a long plane trip. There are two lifts & if you have heavy luggage this is very convenient. Great stay!

Nous sommes arrivés à 10h du matin, la réception nous avait dit que notre chambre serait prête à 15h. Arrivé sur place à 15h, la chambre n’était toujours pas prête. Nous avons eu notre chambre avec plus d’une heure 45 de retard sans geste commercial. Le personnel n’est pas du tout agréable et compatissant.
