Phòng nhỏ xinh, có tủ treo quần áo và ban công nhỏ. Nhưng khách sạn chỉ chuẩn bị mỗi khăn tắm và xà phòng, wifi thì kém, cảm giác đóng cửa phòng vào là kín mít wifi không lọt vô nổi. Nhân viên vệ sinh thì chỉ vào thay khăn tắm cho bọn mình đúng 1 lần, mặc dù bọn mình ở 3n3đ, không dọn cả túi rác trong nhà vệ sinh cho bọn mình luôn

This is our second time to stay here. Still very nice staffs. Many laundries nearby.

I had a frustrating experience at Hotel Sans. I specifically booked a double exterior comfort room, but upon arrival, they initially placed me in a tiny single room. After complaining, they moved me to a bigger double room with a balcony—but it still wasn’t the exterior room I had booked. When I returned to reception to address the issue, they outright refused to give me the room I had paid for. Extremely disappointing service, and I will never return to this hotel!

Location is only few steps from placa de sans metro station. Small room but affordable price for solo travelers. Safe and clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Very affordable yet strategically located. Has a common pantry to eat and have food heated. No kettle s in the room, but it's available in the pantry. Very helpful desk service. Overall very good.

Good for one night, especially if you need to go on the train at Barcelona Sants. My room was small, but just for a couple of hours sleeping comfortable. I liked the area, it’s an authentic neighborhood.

I booked a single room with a balcony, but it wasn’t a balcony, just a window that opened. Staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions, even at 3am.

The hotel has a convenient location, close to the metro station, but it is very noisy at night with huge sound from the roadside, and you can constantly hear people open and close the door.

The room and its unclean and even had ants, but after negotiating with the store was given the opportunity to change the room, but it was still very disruptive

Good location, close to train station. 24 hours service. Clean. Rooms are a little bit small.

Cheapest option you could find, decent place, but noisy surroundings. Metro and bus to the centre is very close

The room was very small, but very clean at the same time. Reception stufd were very kind and nice. Good value for money, next to metro station
