We stayed in a 3 bed room. the room size and bathroom size is ok. There is a large common area on first floor which we could dine there. The weather was hot during my trip n luckily the air conditioner in my room was cool enough. Breakfast is simple but nice

We stayed over Easter. Just one night then checked out. The hotel is old and dated. Some may call that character. Rooms are very very basic and small. Some of the rooms have poor security with un lockable sliding windows onto the atrium. I would not suggest leaving anything valuable in your room. Staff were not overly helpful and I think checking out suited both parties. Barcelona itself has a lot to see but I found not as friendly as other Spanish cities.

The third time I've stayed here and will definitely return. The staff can't do enough for you, the rooms are cleaned every day, the breakfast is great. BUT, there is a need for an updating in the rooms - shower curtain in the bathroom was way too short, so a towel had to be put on the floor. However, that said, if you're looking for somewhere central, friendly, comfortable and with great staff this is the place. If you're looking for luxury, not so. But who wants to spend much time in their hotel room where you're in beautiful Barcelona?!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Clean rooms. Quiet. The reception staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful to everyone, speaking many languages and so smiley and welcoming. Made good recommendations to eat and park. We were very impressed. Felt like more than a 3 star.

Shower was seriously small. I am not tall or overweight and had to slight down wall to wash feet. Bedrooms pretty basi with uncomfortable beds. Neighbours were noisy. Breakfast ok and room cleaned daily. Location suited us but not the best part of town.

Unhealthy! Rust and holes in the rooms! They did not give us our money to leave. They insulted us every day thinking that they were making fun. The air conditioners does not working. They do not clean. The bed is not double. There is no light in the rooms.Towels with holes, many times dirty with blood. Booking did not refund us either. We reached the embassy. No WiFi. It is much worse than my description!!!!! Do not do this to yourself. 80 € per night for 7 days.

Brilliant location and amazing value.Excellent buffet breakfast is all you need to set you up for the day. Rooms clean and ensuite and all you need for a nights sleep in this vibrant city.24 hour reception is reassuring.

200 m from La Ramble, excellent location, terrible smelly street, friendly staff, very bad breakfast but same price similar facilities do not have it, very awful rooms and bathrooms, use only as accommodation for 1 night. It is am old building reconstructed in hotel. The only beautiful in hotel are halls with chairs and flowers hanging from every floor.

Basic ameneties and basic room, but the price reflects this and to be fair breakfast was a bonus for the price paid. The hotel is in ideal location. Very good value for money Clean. Wonderful lady receptionist who was very helpful with directions and information. Best ever shower...never known water pressure like it !! Hairdryer available at reception. Not ideal for those with mobility problems as stairs to first floor and rooms all appear very small. Our room was small and basic ..no bedside lamps decor not great but beds were comfy and clean. This hotel would be great for young people and im sure that is the crowd it attracts, although there were families and older couples.
