I did the reservation which it showed to be double bed for individual use which means double bed for an alone person, I had been making reservations through trip.com since years and many many hotels, never happened to me like in this one, they gave me individual room with individual bed claiming that in their system was written individual bed but that system only them can access so I didn't understood what it means that they overcharged me for a double bed room and tell me this sh*t justify, I asked for partial reemborsen he told me will speak to the manager and when I came back in the night to pick up my luggage he was no clue about to give me back my money, I was needed to stay another night so I payed and then they told me it's okay we will give you a bigger room this time, but it is not the solution because still that room was overpriced and cheating the guest with fake information it's not fixable at the last minute with a bigger room. I claimed money partially return they said no, so now I am with trip.com fighting together to make them do the things how should be, in Barcelona these kind of places they try to take your money claiming be reasonable.

酒店的外型是古老大屋，大廈的升降機是手動的，要人手關門才可以啓動的，如果未試過一定要試吓！訂房的時候要小心看清楚，房間是私人浴室或是公用浴室，我想訂私人浴室，怎料訂單確定時竟然是公用浴室！這酒店的熱水爐是儲水式熱水爐，需要較多時間去煲水，否則就不夠熱或者不夠熱水用！還有花灑頭的插座安裝得太高，跟本用不上，需要用手拿著花曬頭來洗澡，洗頭髮就有點不方便！

Positif : plutot bien situé, personne à l'accueil de jour très sympathique, climatisé Négatif : chambre et partie commune très usées, literie pas très confortable, pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner

Das Mädchen, das an der Rezeption arbeitet, ist sie respektlos , die Raumtemperatur ist hoch. Ständige Unannehmlichkeiten. Ich werde nicht wieder dorthin gehen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo mese di maggio 2024 io e mio marito una settimana nella stanza 122, stanza pulita con bagno in camera e doccia, letti singoli ma vicini da formare un matrimoniale. Ottima posizione dell’hostel vicina a piedi da 30 min da Sagrada Familia e Porto Vell a 20 min a piedi da Casa Battló e alla fermata di fronte a Casa Battló per usufruire del servizio CityBusBarcellona☀️. L’Hostel bcn 46 lo riprenderemo in considerazione sperando di esser fortunati come in questa settimana nella selezione della stanza 🇪🇸 Buenos Dias😝

Achei razoável o quarto com banheiro privativo. A agua do chiveiro não era quente o suficiente e no dia do checkout perguntei se javia taxa para chamar um taxi e me disseram qur nao. Ao chegar ao aeroporto o motorista mr mostrou que havia uma taxa de 6,50 euros. Além disso o taxista deu uma volta enorme e a conta total do transporte ficou absurdos 58 euros...fiquei chateada.

Horrible de À à Z chambre sale et vétuste, bruit en continu à fuir absolument avec un gérant douteux et malhonnête . Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits et payé celle-ci ainsi que la taxe de séjour nous sommes parti au bout d’une nuit même pas de remboursement de la taxe de séjour. A vomir
