Liked · Apartment had balcony, big sliding door, air conditioning, table, useful kitchen, good water pressure, washer, fast internet. Close to the metro, lots of food near by. The building administrator person was extremely helpful and nice! She was the star during our stay, and the reason I'm leaving a higher rating! We had a leak and it was resolved day off quickly and efficiently! Disliked · *** WARNING €300 Deposit added at check-in for *********** guests! *** Big surprise for *********** guests was a 300 euro deposit that was presented to us at check-in. Only for booking, not sure why, but airbnb guests are not charged this. Sleeping accommodations were very small for half the guests. The twin room had closet space below the top bunk in the corner, inaccessible by any adult. Must leave key in wall mount for power, including A/C and internet 🤦‍♂️. So if you step out for a minute your air goes off and all your connections are dropped. Very few amenities: for 4 adults staying 7 days we received 2 toilet paper rolls, 4 mini bath gels, 2 dishwasher tabs, 2 laundry detergents, 1 trash bag that was smaller than the bin, and 1 mini dish soap. Very dim lighting in the apartment as well, felt dark and gloomy. Everywhere there are little signs warning of all the extra fees they will charge you if you do something wrong, like change the channel settings on the TV, or get makeup on a towel......not very friendly or welcoming. I had to call the "24/7" number 4 times throughout my stay, it was only answered once (all during business hours), and there is no option to leave a message if no one picks up. We had a leak in our bathroom, but luckily the building administrator was extremely helpful and got it taken care of for us same day! All and all for the high price of the apartment it was very disappointing. Not worth the money.
